This is one of our go-to's for an inexpensive pizza meal. The quality is mostly good and fairly consistent. Though a bit less so when its super busy, but not bad enough to be a deterrent. Its never been bad. The pepperoni puffs are really good and my kid loves the crazy bread.

I wanted to take a few minutes to share I have experienced a recent ordeal and my family and I stopped by the Ridgeway of Lil Caesars Pizza location in the past month more than several times and the service was professional, food was freshly cooked, and the staff was courteous and friendly each time. The people in the world can be short tempered and tend to speak on the negatives so, I wanted to take a moment to share what I personally experienced and it was a positive experience. Great Job to the entire team and continue to do great. The store was observed to have been extremely busy on each time I stopped by that location but, the entire team with no hesitation were able to maintain great service towards each customer and I notice all food appeared freshly made and issued out in a timely manner including the delivery orders. Good Job and hope you all keep it up. We all understand everyone can have a say of a not so, good experience but, it’s nice to acknowledge when people can do something great as well. Thanks so, much and I hope things continue to remain in good standards. 😊☺️🙂

Waited 30 minutes for a pizza ordered online an hour before time that was not only the wrong order but cold and not even cut properly. Poor customer service and lack of concern. I get that it’s a cheap pizza but don’t shortcut your customers.

The service was terrible. The young man behind the counter told me I had to pay for every sauce when I ordered many special order pizzas and etc. And he has done this twice now and he is so unprofessional he acts like he has a real problem with white males. And he overcharged me and I confronted him and he tried to make a scene all nonchalantly. I can't believe that my family had to witness this and we were scared to eat the food. I'm so disappointed with this whole situation.
The Food is always good at the quince location and the park at Mt Moriah location. If you're getting a hot and ready pizza, I recommend ordering online or by phone and waiting for a fresh one to be made by the crew. If you order from the app be sure to have your phone when you pick up. You walk in, type your code in the kiosk and you're ready to rock and roll and get your pizza grub on! It's worth the wait. Employees are always friendly and ready to serve. Keep it up!!
