Waited 30 minutes for a pizza ordered online an hour before time that was not only the wrong order but cold and not even cut properly. Poor customer service and lack of concern. I get that it’s a cheap pizza but don’t shortcut your customers.

The service was terrible. The young man behind the counter told me I had to pay for every sauce when I ordered many special order pizzas and etc. And he has done this twice now and he is so unprofessional he acts like he has a real problem with white males. And he overcharged me and I confronted him and he tried to make a scene all nonchalantly. I can't believe that my family had to witness this and we were scared to eat the food. I'm so disappointed with this whole situation.
The Food is always good at the quince location and the park at Mt Moriah location. If you're getting a hot and ready pizza, I recommend ordering online or by phone and waiting for a fresh one to be made by the crew. If you order from the app be sure to have your phone when you pick up. You walk in, type your code in the kiosk and you're ready to rock and roll and get your pizza grub on! It's worth the wait. Employees are always friendly and ready to serve. Keep it up!!

Pizza always taste like plastic and complained to owner over whole building one time I seen him outside but he was also very rude! Will never give another cent to his establishments over there!

They failed to follow instructions on how I wanted my pie. Simple light cheese, light sauce was not followed. The pizza was also soggy at the bottom. Waste of my hard earned money and my finger on the road is ruined..

Very quick and convenient pizzas and other items are always hot and ready with friendly service
Parking: Unlimited spots to park very convenient and a variety of stores connected right in the plaza along with it
My mobile order was wrong and when I went back they made it right immediately. They were very polite and courteous. They allowed me to keep the incorrect pizza due to sanitary restrictions. The pizza was a little undercooked compared to how they normally are but overall good experience.
Parking: Parking lot has adequate spaces but it’s one directional traffic.
