By far the WORST location in Memphis. Placed an online order for pickup at 10:30 to take to my baby school for her birthday to only arrive at the location and NO ONE WAS THERE! The store wasnt even open!! No way to even cancel the order from the app. I had to call into customer service for them to email the store owner and request a refund. Just absolutely ridiculous‼️

Workers are rude. I placed an order on 10-17-24 for the stuffed crazy crust pizza. I checked the pizza inside and it was completely wrong and when I acknowledged the lady behind the counter about it. She began to get an attitude. I asked if she could remake it and her exact words were “ ain’t no body remaking nothing”. At this point, I just said okay and left because this isn’t the first time that this worker has done this. I’m not sure what her problem is but she needs help clearly.

New Customer came in for a hot and ready and the young man upfront told me that it just came out and it was hot and fresh I open the box the pizza look old like they put new sauce over and pepperoni’s all over to make it look like it was fresh l will not be going back. Gave that crap to my dogs they enjoyed it.

I have seen a major improvement in this location the last few times that I have went. My food has been on point, hot, fresh, and ready at the time promised. I hope they keep up the good work.
Not sure what the issue was, but the crew was a little discombobulated on Friday, 060724. Tracking order Messages said ready, However the pizza wasn’t. Had to wait another 15-30 minutes. The cashier kept apologizing for the wait, to other multiple orders. Although 6 people had picked up their orders and were out the door as many others were waiting.
