Evening male manager is not customer oriented. Ordered 2 pizzas. One was in good shape and the other was dried out. Informed manager over phone that one pizza was good and the other was not edible and he argued AT me (because I don’t argue with stupidity), that the dried pizza I was looking at was fresh. I was appalled. Customer oriented thing to do was replace the 2nd pizza that was not Lil Caesar quality. He needs a demotion and an experienced manager is needed. Have not and will not return to Elvis Presley location.

Waited 10 minutes for crazy bread to be cooked. Got home and the bread is hard, burned and there are about 10 partial pieces of “crazy” bread. Y’all gotta do better. I can’t eat this mess. Your phone never answered so I couldn’t call back and complain.

If i could leave no star i WOULD DEFINITELY LEAVE NO STAR! Worst lil Caesars i ever been to in my life ! I literally came in was packed with people ordered my food watched all the damn people leave and even about 20 people after me get there food all for me to STILL NOT GET MY FOOD! I sat in there for a hour ! And just asked for my damn refund . Constantly lying like it’s coming out and still not out.
