Why this lady just sell me an old , hard, dry pizza. Like for real. I placed the order online. Waited for the email just to pick up an old pizza. Pleasant to do better. Sometimes they good and sometimes they get lazy.

I ordered pizza without jalapeños and some rude black girl at the store decided to argue against what my receipt says and give me what she thought I wanted. She was rude, arrogant and so unprofessional. The store was filthy and no manager in sight to correct the situation. So I got stuck with pizza that I can’t eat because I’m allergic to jalapeños. This store is the WORST!!!!! Won’t be going back there any time soon.

The food is never correct and if it is correct I’ll have raw dough spots or missing cheese spots. The service is terrible the employees and managers don’t know how to talk to customers . They have zero customer service skills. The atmosphere is like high school. Those young kids are in there laughing playing cursing each other out playfully and I always know their personal business when I come in. I always hear their phone conversations and hear them venting to each other. I hate that my kids love this place. Last night I went in and the manager lady with the clip on ponytail was venting to a customer cursing about her son playing Roblox and broke his iPad on purpose and how it cost $150 to get it fixed while the lobby was full of customers . After the person left she started back working so she wasn’t on break she’s just unprofessional and unproductive.the employees be outside smoking right by the door with headsets on running back in the building when customers come . Just nasty.

It was ok. Took 45 minutes for me to get 2 medium specialty pizzas. It was busy, so I understand why. When it slowed down, 2 girls were behind the register laughing, which slightly upset the 3 of us who had been waiting 30 minutes without an update on our orders. If staff had shown a little better customer service, then I would've rated higher.

Wish I could give them a zero in all categories… first off I made a mobile order it was the wrong order the women in the back were very very rude about making the order wrong or giving it away or whatever happened because when I did the order it said the portal was unavailable n to see a cashier for my food. The whole staff was upset because they had to remake the food it was a terrible experience with TERRIBLE SERVICE !! 0/10
