Every time I come to this location because it's near my home and I come once a week the manager always says the same thing that the cooler is down and they're only selling the pieces that is ready in the hot box. The manager always seems like she has an attitude when you try to place the order the staff they talk and play a lot while customers are standing there waiting for their order to be ready they're not paying attention they're unprofessional and they need a better manager at this store. Every time I come here they're always turning people away because we can't seem to order the pizza because they keep saying things are down. When I visit other locations they don't seem to have all these issues but it's like I got to travel to get the pizza and get better customer service

Not much parking. Waited over 10 min for fresh pizza. 1 pizza was fresh out oven...the other they grabbed an old cheese pizza from the holding warmer. The wings were ok but just go buy some Tyson buffalo wings from the freezer at your local grocery store

I used to go to this location 2-3 years ago and they would never have a pizza hot and ready. I went there twice last month and got 5 pizzas each time. I was amazed by their preparedness and quality customer service. Management must’ve changed or something bc I feel they’ve done a complete 180. I hope their staff hears about how great they’re doing! Thanks for the wonderful service! Keep it up!

Edit/recent 12/13/2024: Dang! After giving them a good review. They turn around and start disappointing me off the back! This is the third time in a row they have done so bad. That I had to change my review from five to 1 star!! Last Monday, I ordered a pepperoni and bacon pizza. They make me a pepperoni and sausage pizza instead. I didn't complain because it was still good. So, ignored the wrong order. This Monday, I had ordered a pepperoni and bacon again. These folks gave me half cheese and half pepperoni pizza with no bacon at all. Like what the heck! I was furious. But, i took as a lost and didn't complain because I didn't feel like going through all the hassle. But, this third time was it for me! They say third times a charm! Im going off on everybody! I ordered a pepperoni and bacon with light sauce. These put so much sauce on it its ridiculous and it was burnt! Im honestly convinced whoever is the new cook in the back at this location don't like me! Because they do the opposite of everything I ask for on my pizza! Who is the cook now? An old fake friend? Because they it seem like they purposely doing this stuff to mess with me. It gotta be somebody I know! Because this location is normally always good and do what I ask for!
Old post 11/25/2024: The best lil caesars in Memphis! They put plenty of cheese and meat everytime I come here. They even butter the crust on the regular pizza.

The Little Caesars at Park and Mt Moriah is always right on time. They do a fantastic job of preparing and baking the food. Friendly service and not afraid to correct or admit a mistake. I love this location. Couldn't ask for a better crew to fix my late night or spur of the moment pizza crave! Well done guys and gals.

I ordered two thin crust asked and paid for extra cheese and extra sauce with the crazy bread butter seasoning all over!BOTH of my pizzas was dry! The two lady ladies there were very rude and unprofessional! I looked at my pizza and told the that this not what I ordered she replied your not special and N word this ain’t Pizza Hut!

Kudos to Derissa to having the cleanest store, well stocked, wonderful personality, and extremely good customer service. I find this to be very rare this day and time. I told her about my falling and injuring my knee. She was very receptive to my story about my last attempt on picking up an order.Thank you Little Caesars for hiring such a lovely young lady. Keep up the good work.

I got a $2 pizza from this place, courtesy of my T-Mobile Tuesday (now called T-Mobile T-Life.) Price was great, thanks to T-Mobile. Pizza was so-so, but it's honestly not my favorite fare. My only complaint, of sorts, is that the employees didn't know how to use the promo from T-Mobile. I finally figured it out, but you'd think after several years of these promotions they would have learned or been trained.
