I would first like to say I’m not taking anything from the Little Caesar’s establishment. I love this food chain, & this location normally is not as horrible as it was my last experience.Today I experienced horrible customer service with no, compassion or empathy for the customers wants. I came into the store to purchase two advertised things “crazy puffs, & lunch combo”. I was instructed by the female associate that “I’m not making those, if you don’t want a regular pizza then I don’t know what to tell you.” In addition to me offering to wait for the items, I still left empty handed. I’ve never experienced such less class, professionalism, & let alone poor customer service in my years of living. Definitely a thumbs down on the service I received today.

Not everyone wants to have 8 million apps on there phone if I can't place a order over the phone then you aren't worth my money it's the easiest thing to do and a part of customer service I'll go somewhere

ordered a BBq pizza and wings. ordered on the internet first time. went to store to pick up order and needed a code to pick up. didn't know i needed a code. server wouldn't give me the pizza without code. asked server if she could help. came back and handed me two pizzas. half way home checked the pizzas. neither one of the pizzas was what i ordered. went back to store to return. after handing back pizzas, server went into kitchen loudly making a comments i couldn't hear. told me i would have to get code. i showed her my name was on the pizza hotbox. not good enough. asked her why she gave me the wrong order, she turned back into the kitchen loudly making some kind of comment. the whole time i never lost temper or raised my voice. told the next server i would return. got the code, and returned 30 mins later because of traffic. after putting in the code, got my order. took over an hour and 20 mins to get order. when i got home, pizza was missing half of the ingredients and the edge of the pizza was missing a dry rub on the edge. last time i ordered pizza from this Little Caesars i had a different problem. this is last time i will do business at this Little Caesars.

Haven't been there in several years. Ordered deep dish, got home, pretty much inedible, dough mostly raw.
Not a bad place go get food for the price. 8 dollars for a regular pizza is hard to beat.

Poor customer service. Placed an online order. Picked up 5 minutes after I received the email saying it was ready. Was missing my crazy bread. They had to make it fresh. Then they forgot my sauce. Waited 25 extra minutes, and by then pizza was lukewarm…No apology or anything.

If it looks like a Pizza, Taste like a Pizza, It's an average Deep Dish 8 Thick Sliced Pizza. It's called the Ultimate, however; only a morsel of hand thrown on top items. Some person missed ingredients application day! Let's call it..you flunked graduation day! For the price .. mediocre!!
