Little Caesars Pizza

Today I ordered pizza, it usually takes ten to fifteen minutes start to finish. But today I ordered 2:12 by 2:15 it was ready and in the portal I thought that was strange how fast. I checked the boxes and the pizzas looked old I said something to the manager at register and she assured me that wasn’t the case. I get home the pepperoni was dry and bridle. It was dark and greasy never before had it looked or tasted nasty and disgusting. I called but a different person that said he was the manager got on the phone never tried to fix the issue just went on about how good the service there was. Never will they ever get another penny of mind…

Go every week. Usually pretty fast. At most a 10 min wait if busy. Pizza is nothing fancy. Kids love it. Price is still good. No seating anymore to wait. Kids love the bread sticks.

I went in today to pick up a pizza for my daughter and was greeted so warmly that I forgot this was a fast food restaurant. Kathy Sue was so very nice and approachable . There was another employee also working the registers but I immediately rushed to Kathy Sues register because her welcome was so warm and bright. As I approached her register her radiant energy exuded. She was so pleasant I told her I thought I was at a 5 star establishment. We frequent another location often because it’s closer to my home but because of her outstanding personality and welcoming smile I will definitely be visiting this location more often. I’ve never been greeted or felt this type of energy from a fast food restaurant. I’m beyond impressed. She’s definitely a gem and huge value to this location and the Little Caesars brand . And not to mention the pizza was hot, ready, and delicious!!

Nasty attitudes and food especially the manager. They serve dry food with no sauce. They don't try to help customers after they mess up your food. They hang up in your face and tell you to drive back to the store for a replacement order no matter if you have a ride or not. Otherwise you just lose your money

I was at this location picking up a door dash order and the manager(black female) acted as if I was going to steal the food. She approached me very rude no greeting she just pointed at the receipt on the box exclaiming you’re late !! Then she literally would not hand me the pizza. She said it was their policy to hold the box while the dasher takes the picture so we wouldn’t just run off with the pizza. The lobby was full of other guests she completely humiliated me.
I have never seen anything like this and this is extremely unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

I was in the store for more than 3 minutes.... not a single person walk up to the counter to ask if I need help or anything

They wouldn't sell me a lunch combo during lunch time because they said it was after 2 and they couldn't sell them after 2. I know they still sell that pizza, I thinkt that all their 20 oz drinks didn't disappear. Bogus. Only one I've ever been to that does that. I left.

Didn't get any food. They were extremely busy and could not keep up with the flow of business. They had nothing ready and only pepperoni pizza 🍕 coming out the oven. It would have been 10 mins on sausage. My grand daughter was cranky.

Terrible location when you work as a delivery driver.

Staff were friendly. Took a while to get our pizza but it looked like some teenagers were still in training.

See I don’t even eat little Caesar’s. I decided to give them a try. Place my order at 6:48. Mind you it’s a hot and ready. It’s 7:22pm to be exact. Still haven’t got my pizza. I saw 20 people come in and out. When I asked for a refund they looked crazy. The girl in the front on the register barely talks like she’s scared. The Manager nor the girl never gave an apology for the long wait. No Manners.. what type of people are you hiring because for sure they didn’t have friendly faces. I do reviews..

I order a sausage and beef pizza with extra meat. I paid for the extras twice because it’s what I wanted but after paying in total I received about 10 pieces of meat in which I was very disappointed. Please consider your customers
