My son has Autism, so pizza is an everyday food for him at times. The service and quality of pizza use to be great, but now it's horrible. My usual order is an Extra Most Best Cheese, which should be cheesy, right?? Nope!The pizza is always burnt and over cooked. So, I started going to the location on either Park Ave or Lakeland.

Well today, I attempted to try the Germantown Parkway location again only to receive the same quality of pizza.

This is very disappointing, just because the pizza is not expensive does not give you the right to give a Customer food you wouldn't eat yourself.

Don’t bother asking for your food well done because it will always be undercooked. You can request a different cut, but they still prepare it however they want. However, the pizza is always fresh and hot.

Be sure you order online, it will save you a lot of time

They don't care at all. I was an employee here. I was sick and took some NyQuil and i woke up a little late so i rushed to get here but they fired me. They don't fire people who play around, throw food products, etc. If thinking about getting a job don't come here. The GM sucks.

Well, the crazy puffs were initially a hit and as we see with most of everything in commerce, the quality has substantially dropped. They no longer put sauce on the puffs, barely any cheese, some are the size of a tiny pizza roll, some are burned, some are undercooked, and they no longer give out the crazy sauce. I’ve officially had my last order of the crazy puffs today. The ride was good while it lasted.

Love Little Ceasars! Seriously, don't sleep on their pizza. It's actually very good, and their marinara dipping sauce is the best. Everyone was really nice at this location, but the place is kind of dirty in the lobby area. I've been in several times, and it seems like it just doesn't get very much attention for cleaning.

Terrible everytime I visit...one of the workers wiped his nose while packing pizzas...I told him he need to wash his hands & he came to the counter aggressively & yelling at me...he was stating he didn't have any snot, however it was another person who said that part not me??‍♀️
