Quaint restaurant in walking distance of the national historic museum. The pizza slices were big and okay just like the Spaghettis. The building is small and appears to have a wonderful seating area outside when weather permits.I would go back.

Food is always 10/10. Lately we have been getting lunch for the office about once a week from little Italy and it always hits. Best pizza around. Garlic knots are perfect. You won’t regret eating here.

I placed an order by phone and I was told to pickup in about 30mins. I reside next door in one of the buildings, which was convenient for me. Once I arrived to pickup my order, the fat black man said with a frown that no order was placed under the name I had given him. This man has always been rude to me when I’ve been in to pickup my phoned in orders but typically, I don’t pay attention to him for his bad behavior and I still would leave a tip but tonight I didn’t get my order and I will Never go there again!!!I ordered Aldo’s pizza and it was delivered and better than little Italy … Fat men are very rude but I can be worse than that by spending my money elsewhere and informing all of my colleagues to not eat there! P.S. The Fat white guy who I assume is the owner as well as the guy who took my phoned in order, decides to calls me a few minutes after I made this post …he tried to get smart! I am not the guy to be played with At ALL!! Besides they don’t wear gloves …health violation! Now I am concerned about customers health and safety!

Absolutely amazing pizza even for a simple sausage and pepperoni. The staff were kind and patient and made us feel very welcome. If I'm ever back in Memphis I'll be sure to stop here for lunch every time.

This can't be the same Little Italy that was on union ave. I drove 7 hours to eat here because it WAS my favorite pizza restaurant but when I entered I wasn't greeted I was standing there for a while no one said anything. The guy in the kitchen was on his phone for eternity. The guy at the cash register didn't say anything just kept talking to the people who wasn't purchasing anything. Just close the restaurant for good if you aren't going to provide good customer service.

Ran inside just to get a quick bite, a slice of pizza. Now, I purchasing a large pizza a week (trying not to eat out often). Great customer service and conservation while waiting on pizza. Hot and fresh, yummy!

Good pizza but they need to adjust their hours online to show they close at 8:30 since that’s what time they’ve been closing now. Short guy always has bad attitude also.

We ordered a pizza and salad to go since we are staying in a hotel. When we arrived back at the hotel I discovered that there were no utensils with which to eat my salad. When I called back they said well did you ask for utensils? It seems to me that if you are placing a to go order they would automatically be included. Not everyone is taking it home to eat. We were in Memphis for the weekend and I can hardly wait to leave. I will NEVER come back.

This place has gone to hell. Used to have the best pizza on memphis. Was just served a slice for $4.50 that was burned to the point that their plastic knife wouldn’t cut it.Don’t waste your time with the Union Ave location. Port boy should visit this location, he’d give it a 1.5!

Little Italy Downtown is the go-to pizza place in Memphis for me. The test is whether a plain cheese pizza is good, and Little Italy's plain has the perfect flavor and cheesiness which reminds me of New York pizza. Pizzas with toppings are excellent as well. Little Italy Downtown isn't great for dining in - there aren't a lot of tables, it's best if lunch or a quick dinner. Still, a slice of pizza and a can of soda are only about $8, it's the best lunch you can get at that price.
