Honey! I will never go back here! The wait on a Monday was extremely long, tables were dirty, and a random waiter asked us for our drinks after noticing we were seating there for about 10 minutes. The Logan's on Poplar was closed down and this location was the closest one. Bad mistake. We didn't order food because the waiter stated it would be approximately an hour because the kitchen was bagged up. I drove 30 minutes only to have a waiter say an additional hour wait for food. It was around 830 p.m. I will patronize at other businesses!

The work is always serve you good he's very intelligent he always have a good attitude and a good spirit about itself and when we go to Logan's we love always said with him because he know what he doing he's a good bartender he just felt awesome person all the way around and thank you so much we enjoyed our time today and we will be back soon

The food at the Winchester location was not good at all. The waitress was pretty nice but the wait was extremely to long. It was like waiting 45 minutes to get our food.

Used to love Logan's when they first opened but now the food has gotten nasty . I had the bbq ribs and was not pleased . The mash potatoes and macaroni tasted like hospital food . I gave 3 stars because my waitress was wonderful and the rolls were hot and fresh !

The food was great! I had nachos but I had a hair in it the first time but I kept my cool! The manager had another sent my way quickly and it was on point so I gave it a second chance. I might have to come back.

I Ordered Steak & Loaded Potatoes With Broccoli & Cheese The Garlic Butter On The Steak Was Delicious I Tasted My Daughters Food & The Mac & Cheese & Grilled Chicken They Had Was Very Much Up To Par As Well My Waitress Was Ebaby & She Was Very Great Kept Checking On Us To Make Sure We Were Satisfied Request Her As Your Server If You Stop By At Night

If my wife and I dine in the service is great depending on which hostess you get but they cannot get a call in order right to save their life. They either get the order wrong or they don't prepare your order the way you ask......Well my wife and I decided to dine in on Friday Feb 28. Have a look at what the hostess brought us to eat with. The silverware was obviously not washed and when I requested to see the General manager (Derrick) he would not come out of the office and because of that we will not be coming back and I will tell all our friends about our experience. I've been in retail 38years and I know mistakes happen but when Derrick decided not to come out his office and at the very least apologize, that was a deal breaker for us. With everything that's happening in the world today (corona). Not making sure the silverware is clean is a NO NO and the manager not being man enough to come out and defend his business is a NO NO.

The third time in a month that at 5-5:30PM with less than a quarter of the tables occupied you (me a single dinner) are placed on a waiting list. Poor management. Less than a mile from FedEx world headquarters, how many people would try a quick bite if they thought they might be able to be quick! Don't bother unless you have time!

Today was raining and the waitress made me some coffee and put a pot of coffee on the table for me. Food was great I could not eat it all. Nice big portion sizes. Will be back again.

The service was horrible at the Logan's in the Winchester area. Starting with the receptionist. She was not at her area, but from a distance she could see me and I could see her having a conversation with another coworker. When she did come to her station I asked for seats for two she said it would be a 35 minute wait. I said ok we will go to the bar. We sat at the table watching the bar tender walk back and fourth. We stopped him and asked sir do you serve over him yes but not after 3. This is after we seen him and the hostess stand back and have a conversation. You guest it if she's talking to the bar tender she is not at her station again. We're actually at this time was sitting at the bar it took the bar tender 15 minutes to ask what we will have to drink and additional 10 minutes to get a drink. He gave my husband a drink first and told me he was waiting on a clean glass. OK we got the drinks. He didn't ask what we wanted to eat another 20 minutes passed and he didn't even ask to take our order. My husband asked for the check. Logan's Steakhouse please train your employees. Revamp your store it was truly horrible compared to any Logan's Steakhouse in the city of Memphis. They get no stars from me ?????but five thumbs down and I place 4 Penny's as a tip for the bar 1 for the wait 1 for the sticky bar area 1 for attitude 1 for poor service.

Logan's has become hit or miss. Lately just miss. Slow service and incorrectly cooked food the last three times we went. It really is a shame because they used to be a really good place to get a steak.
