Everything from the food to the drinks đ«¶đ„ to the customer service đ
We Always Go When They 1st Open At 10:00am So I Figure That's Why We Be The Only 2 Customers For Hours...
Kathy Was Always Our Waitress And We Ask For Her Soon We Hit The Door.
Unfortunately, today we found out she no longer works there and she has moved on to Fridas. đđđđ
Today was the worst experience ever. Food and Margaritas was still good but service SUCKED!
Waitress seated us, got out our drink and appetizer order. We got our usual cheese dip but had no chips. We had to eat with a spoon and then she realized we didn't have any chips or salsa. Said some lady was supposed to bring us some but she forgotđ€Šââïž
We only got 2 entrée, 2 cheese dips, 2 margaritas, orange soda and water only to pay $110.
Never again will I be back!

Iâm probably the first one to say this but this location has roaches!! We noticed one on the floor but we werenât sure because it was blending in with the floor. After we received our meals, weâre enjoying our food & suddenly my daughter gets my attention & tells me there was a bug on the ceiling & it fell down on her rice & beans into her food & I take a look & I move her plate & the roach runs off the table. Unfortunately couldnât do nothing about it she got away. I brought it up to the waitress attention & her cheeks turned red & embarrassed she replied âI know Iâm sorry, we have let our managers know.â She walked away.
Unfortunately i donât have any pictures.

Los Cobos Mexican Bar and Grill on Summer Avenue delivers exactly what a neighborhood joint should: laid-back vibes, friendly service, and satisfying food that lands somewhere between comfort and craveable. Itâs not trying to reinvent the cuisineâthis is Americanized Mexican, and it wears that proudly. But what it does, it does well.
The salsa hits firstâbright, fresh, clearly made in-house. The cheese dip leans more toward a stretchy white cheese, almost mozzarella-like in its pull, especially when paired with the rich chorizo dip. The only hitch? The chips. House-made, light, almost delicate. Great flavor, but they tend to fold under the weight of the dip. Still, hard to complain when theyâre this fresh.
Then came the baked potato fajita. Not something you see often, but it worksâsmoky, cheesy, overloaded in the best way. A perfect mashup of Tex-Mex and downhome indulgence. The tamale surprised me. Soft masa, well-spiced meat, easily one of the better versions Iâve had in a long time.
Presentation leans generous. The chicken, beef, and fixings stacked on tortillas looked greatâeven if I couldnât finish it all. Los Cobos doesnât dress itself up. It just delivers big plates, honest flavor, and a place you can come back to without thinking twice.

Kathy was amazing! She has excellent customer service & she had our whole table laughing! She has the best sense of humor! Thank you Kathy for putting up with us! You are awesome!
This might be the worst service Iâve ever encountered. Not once, not twice, but every single time I come here the service just gets worse and worse. None of the waiters care about you. They will pass over you and leave you without refills or napkins and often times just bring your food out and the check and that is it. This place is close to my house and I wish they would fix this issue. Itâs almost like they donât train for servers at all. The food is actually pretty good and I would love coming here if they had better service.
Everything was great. I day dreamed about the food the entire next day. It was absolutely amazing!
The waiters barely served us made us wait âŠdidnât even ask us if we wanted drinks when we sat down⊠this is 04/27/25
Love love love love this restaurant, food is good drinks are better. Helpful waiters exceptional service

Hello
I am a regular i have been coming since they open closed and remodeled. Even when it was crazy cactus. It seems the service gets worser at un busy hours at this location Its like the servers only focus on 1 thing at a time . They will go pass you numerous of times with no acknowledgement. And no care of who your server is. They interact and show more intrest only if you are there color. Its unfair and i feel it needs to be a class taught to the servers on how to be more attentive and work as a team. I love to tip. But i promise they donât deserve it ?. I will always leave this as my last option if it continues .
Not even a menu âââââ
