I have been to Lost pizza Oxford divine I love the pasta. I thought that the same thing was going to happen in this place. My pasta was horrible, raw and the acidic sauce hurt my lost money. I complained, my complaint was not worth it. I will not return.

Really nice place. Pizza was really good. Wings a bit small. Our desert pizza tasted great but a bit crunchy. All in all, nice pleasant service, good pizza, nice clean restaurant.

The best pizza I have ever tasted ! Started off with the small it was so good i literally had to go back the next day to get a bigger size ! Would definitely recommend!!

Too noisy and crowded to go in store. Slow service on pick up orders because they tell you it’s ready only to lose the order or they lied and it wasn’t ready leading to standing around for 30-45 minutes waiting. Don’t think they actually deliver anywhere via apps either since even a place five miles up the road is “too far away”. They’ve shorted me food a few times too sending smaller portions than ordered.

Stopped by today, this was the second time we stopped by.First time was okay, but today the service was really terrible.We ordered for dining in, and after 39 minutes I had to go and ask where my pizza was.He said, let me check. Then grabs a pizza box that had been sitting on the counter for 15-20 min, and said, "here you go"Declined it, as it was no longer fresh or warm.Not going back to that place again.

I always go to lost and I’ve been enough times to give a honest review. They are inconsistent with hours the staff is sometimes rude sometimes entitled and inconsistent. Pizza is good but hit or miss. I called to order the cashier was rude but I ignored it because it was loud in there so may have been a lot going on. The customer service is horrible. I came in today and ordered my usual pizza and cheese sticks the cashier got the order wrong. That’s ok it happens. I was offered a large and refused. The cashier said it would be 7 mins for a new pizza 20 minutes later no one came and gave me a status so I asked the team lead for help. He said it would be an additional 2 minutes I waited 20 minutes for my original order and 25 minutes for the new order No water or even a thank you. The owners daughter tells me I shouldn’t come one triva night which is so rude. The Team lead was clueless. I end up asking for a refund and was left standing at the cash register with no answers no receipt. The cashier did ask why I was rude after 40 minutes of no answers and no good customer service. His eyes were twitching like he’s been taking something. He then walks off walks to the back and cut pizza. He was supposed to give me a refund. I took the pizza and will never be back. This place is trash. The owner hires family that are rude and are not helpful. Sad that the customer service has went down it use to be my favorite pizza spot.

My pizza didn’t even come with sauce….. Compared to the location in Southaven, this locations quality of food isn’t good at all. The cooks need help, the food is a joke. I also ordered a delta sub, and the sub was thrown together.

Loved lost pizza. Always ordered the large Otis to go. So, I decided to to order a pizza with just veggies. I ordered the Happy Hippie. on thin crust. I sent my daughter to pick -up the Lizzie for me. The pizza had four leaves of spinach and tomatoes that were cut with an unshared knife. The tomatoes were 1/2 - 3/4 inch in size. The tomatoes looked like chunks swimming in a lake. The veggies were very limited. I was very disappointed. Presentation was Terrible. I called to report and the server said I’m sorry, I will report the matter to the manager. No one called back. The the Happy Hippie cost too much. I felt my money was wasted.

Pizza cold 2 pieces of sausage per slice, no onions 2-3 tiny pieces of green peppers per slice good flavor but stingy with toppings, I paid extra for onions got 0. Chicken wings meaty very tasty. Pasta pretty good. Might try again

Horrible customer service. The young girl taking our order at the counter couldnt have been more UNinterested. She was so soft spoken we had to ask her to repeat herself 3 times. We reported the coke machine was out of multiples drink choices and nothing was done to fix it. Fortunately, the food was on point. Thank you to the kitchen staff for making our first and last trip bearable.

This place is RACIST. the manager proceeded to call me a n* word. I talked to others and found out they had the same thing happen to them!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! and i saw the manager use the bathroom and not wash there hands. This place is not worth a cent of ur money or time !!!!
