Been here once and although the food is good the price is to high for the place to be where it’s at they just don’t knw adjust the price people will buy more I wish they would I’ll be there everyday me and my children but in today society cant afford the ticket
I was visiting Memphis today and thought about my teenage years and decided to take my family on a memory walk with me to : Lot-A-Burger. I was surprised to find it still opened and unchanged, except ownership. I was shocked that it was still exactly the same since,-as if time stood still. The burgers are still phenomenal, as I remembered them,— they’re like the ones you make at home, with real 90% ground choice beef. This is an iconic, OOAK, “walk up” restaurant. I worked here in 1971, when I was 18 years old. The burgers are same as they were then: Giant, delicious burgers. When you’re in Memphis make this a memorable stop. Tell them Queen Bertha the Queen of the South sent you.

First time customer. I had the single hamburger with cheese, pickles and mustard. I didn't eat it right away. When I did eat it the flavor was good, but I think the grease or whatever is being used to cook with needs changing or a cleaning. Drive through only..

My husband and I tried this place yesterday after hearing about it. We must say that the food was delicious!! We shared a delicious double cheeseburger, philly cheesesteak, and grilles smoked sausage sandwich. They were delicious, juicy and full of Memphis style flavor. The service was fantastic.

Great burger and great service. A little bit on the pricey side for a burger and fries.

It was a pleasure to come to my hometown #MemphisTenn. and get that greasy sack burger 🍔 and shake. I been going there since I was a little girl. And I'm a 60 + year old 👑 and it's still the place to go!!

I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich combo. I paid a little over $20 but I got seasoned fries which was an up charge . The wait was about 15 minutes which was not so bad. The staff were nice. My fries were good but my chicken sandwich was not good. It had the potential to be good but it was extremely salty. Too salty to eat.
Fast and friendly service, the food was delicious min 😋
1350 for a cheeseburger just to get a lady with a very bad attitude someone teach the lady customer service good burgers alone won’t keep a restaurant in business. Great burgers bad taste left due to attitude.
I got a triple cheeseburger, it was ok. The price was way too much. The burger was put in the smallest bag they could find, stood on end, not laid flat. The juices ran to the bottom, that was the side, and made the bun soggy. I truly don’t like soggy buns. Five Guys was much better.
Food great, customer service sucks and it's expensive. I paid $20 for a small Philly cheese steak n small fries.
