This is the only bar I’ve seen where there’s four bartenders behind the bar yet you somehow still get the worst service possible. Taking shots behind the bar, drunk, and just oblivious. 20% gratuity too! The audacity.

Great place to grab a drink whether on your own or in a group setting. Always a plus when the staff is friendly - makes it better when dining alone or having a drink at the bar. Has 2 pool tables, dart machines and giant jenga!! Food is above average bar food.

Tre was really weird and rude and he didn’t greet us at the door nor seat us. Took awhile for us to get a menu and he didn’t ask if we wanted anything else to drink he just gave us water and that was it. When ordering I asked for the chicken and waffles to be not spicy as I can’t eat spicy food and his response was, “I don’t think their spicy” and walked away not reassuring us if he made the adjustment or not. The food comes out and i was just shocked. We got a piece of chicken and a small waffle for $15 and with 20% gratuity it needed up being $18.27. I didn’t think the amount of food and the service we received deserved that amount of money. We talked to tre and he was giving us a hard time having an attitude that we had to pay for the meal because it was sent out. We asked to talk to a manger and he had an attitude at that, we didn’t get his name until we were about to leave as we asked before hand and he said “it doesn’t matter.” The manager Jose came out he was more calm but he was just telling us how much he pays for his chicken shipment. He assured us that we saw the menu and the price, but we told him that there are no pictures on the menu so we thought we were getting a decent amount. While me and one of my friends are talking to the manger tre goes ahead and takes my other friends payment method, and the manger said we could get a 25% off. We told Tre he needed to reverse her payment so she could’ve got the discount as well and he told us “why she isn’t saying anything.” I was confused on why she shouldn’t get the discount either when she also received the chicken and waffles. My other friend got the Birria Quesadilla and her total ended up being $20 for 4 pieces and it’s listed as an appetizer. I just think the prices for the quality of food is outrageous and the service is not great either. I of course took a bite of my food as I paid for it and the chicken is indeed spicy and now I can’t even eat that. I am highly upset and felt as I just wasted money and they were preaching about prices being high but can they imagine how we feel.

Place is really cute. Food was good. However when a group of people went to the pool table located directly behind us, we almost got hit by the cue ball and by the pool sticks. When we complained to whom we assume is either the manager or the owner, we were told to go ahead and sue them if we got hit. The waitress went above and beyond to smooth out the issue and it is only because of her that I’m even going to give it one star. She is a 5 star employee, however the other man who was working is a zero star. Basically, if you go there do not sit near the pool table and definitely don’t complain to the man working there. And, if you do get hit, remember that the male staff member says it ok to sue the owner.
