I had the worst experience ever at the Memphis Main Event! On 7/26/25 I paid for bowling for my Husband and I. We were told to go to lane 15, but the touch screen was not working so we were told to move to lane 1 which was dirty and a complete mess! There were still dirty dishes at the table. As I’m moving the dishes to another table.. the worker that was coming to clean the table had a really bad attitude & was very rude and unprofessional toward me. I let her know that the tables should have been cleaned prior to having us change lanes & she said dirty words to me, storming off calling security to have us escorted out at approximately 9:00PM. I feel like that was the worst experience & I will never come back to this location again. The worker was a black girl with a low ponytail and she needs to be terminated immediately for having poor work performance and professionalism. I will be getting an attorney involved to investigate the discrimination we’ve received at this location.

The Atmosphere is Great, when you first enter you and your party can snap a background for memories, I enjoyed the bowling and game just need to add a basketball shootout for one on one along with the basketball connect four.🥰

Best food I’ve had in a while and lots of games for the kiddos. Mixed drinks were great and they had Shirley Temples for the kids with cotton candy,airhead extremes, and cherry gummies added to it. We really enjoyed our time there.

From the moment we walked in, the energy was vibrant and welcoming. The entertainment options are endless—bowling, laser tag, arcade games—you name it. Whether you’re with family, friends, or coworkers, there’s something for everyone. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and full of fun.
Now let’s talk about the food—absolutely amazing!Everything was fresh, flavorful, and delivered quickly. It’s rare to find a place where you can have this much fun and enjoy a meal that rivals many full-service restaurants.
What truly made our visit exceptional, though, was the customer service, especially from Chloe. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel like VIPs the entire time. Chloe is a true asset to the Main Event team, and her positive attitude made a great night even better.
If you’re looking for a place to relax, play, eat, and be treated like family, Main Event Memphis is it. We’ll definitely be back!
We thoroughly enjoyed our team outing at Main Event . It was amazing!!! We split into two teams and battled each other in bowling, laser tag, etc. Sandy was the best leader. Thank you for such great hospitality. Team Orange 🍊
