Customer service was the bomb! However the cookies that I purchased was ok. The cookies needed more flavor to me and I didn't really get that buttery taste.

My sister and I found Butteriffic at their booth at the fireworks show in downtown Memphis. We bought one gold bag of butter cookies and the only thing I am disappointed about is that I didn't purchase all the other cookie flavors that were there. These butter cookies are delicious. I will be purchasing more of the butter cookies and some different flavors online when we get back home. In addition to the cookies being delicious, the young man behind the register that helped us was so nice and professional, he and the owner/CEO were having so much fun interacting with the crowd and their customers. It was a great experience all the way around. I didn't visit the Cafe, but I hope we have time to do so before we leave.

I placed an order the other day and asked for fresh makes on the strawberry banana pudding cups that I ordered and I didn’t mind the wait if necessary……..what I received had soggy cookies throughout and on only had 2 cookies on top that were fresh…..I expected better and was actually buying for some of the staff that I work with…….they have always met my expectations until now….Disappointed to say the least….
Great bakery near downtown Memphis. This place is right down the road from the civil rights museum. We got cookies and banana pudding. These desserts were so good. The banana pudding was out of this world. The staff was also so friendly and nice. 10/10 would recommend!

Great customer experience with greetings for every visitor walking through the door. Shop sells paintings and other collectibles in addition to yummy treats: Pies, cookies, and pudding to name a few. Little Pies are expensive, but staff said i would not be disappointed, and when I finally ate the pie later that night.. well, dammit I wish I had bought two! Very good crust and the sweet potato filling was out of this world. Banana pudding was not what I was expecting and more of a parfait with loose crust at bottom and non vanilla wafers, but was good. Cookies were good too. So when visiting the National Civil Rights Museum, walk the two or so blocks to Butteriffic.

This place is phenomenal!! You Butter know it!! We stopped in as we were referred here by an artist named Jade. And what a delightful surprise. They were baking pies and the smell was wafting through the place like pheromones. We ordered two seeet potato pecan pies to pick up the next day as tjey weren't ready yet and we bought a bucket of butter cookies. The cookies were so light and buttery they literally melted in our mouths!! Stoo in and get you some!! You Butter Believe it!!
