Dangerous to park and watch a movie!! Cars are being broken into despite security! I believe it’s an inside job ?!! BEWARE

Such a beautiful theater, but wait there a huge downfall to this place. You have a very high chance of having your car broken into or worse… Stolen! Really enjoyed a movie here just to walk out and have missing windows on several cars and security couldn’t do anything about it. It’s literally Monday and these daddy-less heathens wanna steal…! I’d like to call it a 300$ movie theater with 30$ on two tickets and the rest on replacing your window. 10/10 on the ambiance and modernization, but 0/10 on location and security measures! Will not go back!!! Rather drive to Collierville lol!

Great location but dangerous city. We hear news of gangs breaking into cars, even during daylight at the ciinema parking lot in downtown Memphis. Staff are friendly but very upset that on 8/24,/24

Always great to go here especially with Deadpool & Wolverine movie
Theater is good, but missing the recline seats in newer ones. Biggest problem is I almost missed the beginning of my movie despite arriving 20 minutes early because there was only one working kiosk to retrieve my ticket with no one working the registers to help people that might struggle with kiosks.
Had to wait in line for 15 minutes to claim my ticket and had to send my friend ahead to go get concessions so we could actually make the start of the movie.
The entrance is by the parking area, one machine available to purchase your tickets.
The popcorn is an area of opportunity ? come on! They are popcorn!

I would rate half a star if I could. Horrible employees, non existent customer service. I love movies but I dread having to come here
