Cool place
Like the seating, chairs, and the cleanliness of the theater😀👍🏿
I had a great time! the employees were super nice thanks to Salem for an amazing night!
Chips for nachos were expired and stale. Every bag but they did refund me my money back. Margarita was pretty good
The theater #4 where I was at watching The Conjuring the last rite was hot.
Love the reclining seats, the small setting was a welcome surprise
Very clean and cozy.

A little backstory: my mom passed away about a month ago, and she left me her car—an old 1993 Buick. The car had been through a lot, including hitting a deer, so the front is damaged. But it's been a part of my life since I was 5 years old, and we've made so many memories in it. This car and these memories are important to me, and they come into play in this story.
I've been going to Malco theaters since I was 10, and I’ve never wanted to go anywhere else. Even though I moved about three hours away from Memphis, I decided to drive to Malco for my birthday to enjoy a little nostalgia. However, on the way to Memphis, the brakes started squeaking badly, but I wasn’t going to let that stop me.
When we arrived, we were greeted by a staff member—who I assume was security—who was glaring at us. As we parked and walked inside, I realized that this location only accepts card payments, no cash, so we had to leave and go back to fix that. The whole time, the brakes were still squeaking, but I was doing my best to stay positive.
We came back, hoping to catch the new *Conjuring* movie, but there were no seats available next to each other, so we decided to leave, find a hotel, and return the next day. But as we were leaving, we were yelled at multiple times, and to my shock, the security guard even flicked us off and hit the hood of the car—just for the sound of the brakes (I think that’s why we literally just pulled in and out). At that point, I was overwhelmed, still grieving the loss of my mom, and I started crying.
I’ve never been treated this poorly in my life. The way we were treated was nothing short of hateful, and I don’t think I’ll ever return to this theater again.
Nice location for a movie!
This theater was horrible. My first experience here was not enjoyable. The ticket clerk for ticket purchases was kind. But the one who was checking tickets for theatre entry, I had to show my ticket every time I went to get my family's food order and I was in plain sight of the person checking the tickets. She also had a very unpleasant attitude. Family of 8 and we will take our business elsewhere. Taking my business back to Southaven or Olivebranch, MS!!!
Ticket attendant was very rude went to see super man
Service sux but it's a movie theater in Memphis. Pretty clean, reclining seats, lots of personal space, popcorn was yummy....they also have a full restaurant and bar!
