When you pull up of course you are thinking is this going b good? Man that food so good! A older lady told me about their rib tips & I went by to try them omg they were amazing! Tender, season, and so good you don’t need the bbq sauce! Nice friendly customer service!

This barbecue truck was amazing. The barbecue shoulder was super tender. I would have loved to have the rib tips and what I went for, but he was sold out of them. His food truck has the best barbecue. If you see Malia's Wings, please try the barbecue. The best in Memphis to me. I wish he was open more than just Friday and Saturday.

What a great BBQ place, may be the best in Memphis! The wings are the real deal the smoke flavor is amazing. And the people there are so friendly they gave me a sample of the beef rib which was also incredible.
And the banana pudding as well was really good. I’ll definitely be back!
I was expecting a lot more, but it was okay overall. The bologna sandwich was okay. The wings were small, and no flavor and ribs tips had no flavor either. The ladies were nice, but I was expecting ? so much more....

The Best Bbq I’ve Tasted In Memphis I Get The Rib Tips Ouuu when I say falling off the bone tender and full of flavor my husband loves the thick cut bolongna sandwich. As we were waiting they gave us samples of the bbq to taste I go everytime im in Memphis if they are open
