I don’t typically review but the outstanding customer service we experienced deserves praise. We had the kindest delivery experience today by a young man named Jack. Not only was the pizza delivered promptly, Jack was so kind and patient. The pizza was also delicious and fresh. We’ll be ordering again!

Once again, Marco’s Cordova is the best pizza delivery experience around here. Jess ALWAYS provides great and personable service, she is a definite asset to the company and keeps us coming back! I order from this location all the time. It’s usually a very good pizza. However, this time was different. The pizza was horrible. It was soggy, and extremely greasy. The crust wasn’t the same. It was uneven, and too doughy. There was way too much sauce. You couldn’t pick up a slice, without the toppings sliding off. I don’t know if the person, who prepared this was new? Or if they, didn’t care about making it the right way? Whatever the reason for it, this needs to be addressed. Money and time wasted. I would’ve returned it to be made over. However, I had to get to work. Very disappointing experience.
Among the typical franchises (pizza hut, little Cesar, dominos) I like how they prepare the pizza and the service is friendly, and the prices are in line with the quality, it's worth it!
