This is the 2nd time in a row they've messed my order up. First time, all the toppings had slid to one side. This time the pizza was undercooked and almost all the toppings were piled in the middle. Absolutely ridiculous ? This is the last time I get pizza from Marco's.

I received the wrong pizza with my delivery, usually it would be a painless process to exchange for the right one. Not here, the manager proceeded to tell me they were unable to do it. It wasn't until I threatened to call corporate *still going to* that they gave me a replacement. Upon walking into the restaurant, there were no less than 10 EMPLOYEES just standing around on their phones. The whole ordeal was unacceptable considering I was just trying to get food for my daughter's birthday party.

I tried the Cordova Tn location last night for the first time having use the Collierville TN and Lakeland TN stores many times. I ordered 2 pizzas online from in front of the location for delivery to my car. 15 minutes after the promised ready time I went in to check on the pizzas. i was told they were the next coming out of the oven. When. I got the pizzas, I left and went to my car and checked them. The 1/2 Pepperoni pizza was correct but the other was to have steak and mushrooms. I went back inside and when they finally asked me what the problem was, I advised them that the pizza didn't have any meat. The girl at the counter told me that they ran out, followed by silence. I asked why they didn't call me to let me know so I could change my order vs just making it wrong. She said they were busy but they tried to call, I showed her my phone, no missed calls. They also failed to inform me of this and let me walk out thinking I had got what I order, knowing it wasn't. I told her to add some ground beef to the pizza. She chose to remake it and so i waited and my other pizza got cold. I got my pizza and left, no apology was ever given. This store is totally the worst location that's I have ever experienced when ordering food.
I ordered a large pizza and paid $17 for it. I get home and open the box and it's a medium pizza inside. I should've checked before leaving but was in a rush to get home with dinner for my 3 little kids. Very very disappointed. How can we fix this Marcos? I have pictures. The box is overwhelming the pizza. On top of opening my sandwich that DOES NOT have the mushrooms nor black olives that I was charged for. Get it together Marcos.

We love this Marco’s location! The food and (most of the) staff is great. They are always so friendly and accommodating! Cordova Marco’s was even my birthday dinner request this year. And a big special shout out to manager Jess! She is the absolute best. We always ask if she’s there when we call in an order because we know that if she is, everything will be amazing. She has gone above and beyond more than once to make sure our experience is 5 star. We have never had personal service and interaction like this with any other competitor. She’s such a treasure and is definitely a BIG part of the reason we order from this place so often and will continue to be loyal customers.
The pizza is always good and I had chicken wings that were ok but awful small for the price.... what really got to me was they used to bring out the food to you so you wouldn't have to fight with the pizza box at your table like we did and we were the only dine in people there and when the order was ready a female from the back was screaming my name when I thought like they have done before they brought it out to me... why bother dining in if you eat from a carry out box.
