Plus 18% automatic gratuity no-matter-what for the restaurant to justify quality service. But the service was abysmal and we had to find our server multiple times for silverware, refills, tickets, etc. As we left, we saw 3-4 servers for the restaurant huddled at the front—there was enough staff to give us better service.
Then there’s 2.59% credit card processing fee?! The hell is that? We paid cash and said we won’t be back any time soon. @ Mr. Jose 18% complaint manager, I’m disappointed to say the least.

We came around 4pm — restaurant was empty aside from a large party of maybe 15. They sat us in a booth directly next to the loud party, which is something when the entire rest of the restaurant is empty. Our waitress never checked on us; we had to ask her for more water and chips when they brought us our meal and also get up and find our own silverware and hot sauce as neither was brought to our table. We waited on our check for a long time and eventually had to get up and ask for that and to go boxes too. Considering the restaurant charges an automatic 18% gratuity for this terrible service, we will not be back nor do we recommend. They also charge an additional 3% credit card processing fee. Don’t go here.

Decided to try this restaurant while in the suburb. As I walked in, I noticed a sign stating an 18% gratuity would automatically be applied. I'm ok with that providing the service matches which in this case it did not.
Firstly, after being seating it took about 10 minutes for drinks to be ordered. Was provided with corn chips and salsa at this time, and these were pretty tasty. Server came back and took our order when drinks eventually arrived.
After a fair bit of time, one meal was delivered without cutlery. After waiting 5 minutes, i asked for some, and we were given plastic cutlery....wtf.... and still waiting for the second meal to be delivered. About 8 minutes after the first main was delivered, the second meal arrived where I asked for some metal cutlery, which was provided.
The meal itself was tasty enough. However it had lost a fair bit of heat in the time between the meals different deliverytime.
Honestly the service was terrible, and I assume it's because they aren't working for tips. I definitely will not be going back.

I have been to several restaurants in Memphis that does not do this and they have provided amazing service. Took a long time to order or get drinks. Our food did not come out at the same time; about an 8 minute wait. Also we had plastic cutlery with no explanation. Nachos were average at best.

Don't really have a complaint about the food, it just that they brought us a plastic fork and knife like you get with a to go order,when I ask for silver ware I was told they ran out , don't have any clean. I'm like you rally gonna say that no silverware is clean?? I wanted to say I know there is someone that can wash a couple of forks . This has happen the last two times we were there..if you are running out and you are aware of this you need to purchase some more. Needless to say tried using plastic fork but it melted on the eats since the food was hot. I mean come on Margarita purchase some silverware for your customers that come into your business and eat..
