Never had a bad order from Margaritas but had only used the Elvis Presley location in the past when I worked at FedEx for lunch. So felt pretty safe ordering. My Son and his family eat weekly at the Collierville location. Ordered Grub Hub..a taco salad from this location and its nothing but a pile of soggy mush. Lettuce was brown..completely soggy..an entire cup of cheese dip dumped on top of it..could not even eat it and extremely dissapointed ?! What a waste of money!

No ice... no bowls. I ordered the special drink for today. Since there was no ice we were offered a 5 dollar special on a classic margarita on the rocks. In the end we paid full price for both drinks. The manager denied the conversation. I wont be back. Not to mention I had to ask for napkins and a straw and the chips were Crumbled

Only ever ordered thru Uber eats. The food is excellent. Best cheese dip in Memphis. Never had a meal I haven't enjoyed.

I waited for 30 minutes to get a drink and chips. I waited another 20 minutes to order food. Never had my order taken. The whole staff was very rude.

I used to come to this place when it first opened. My first time visiting after a while from out of town ; 1 the alcohol all tastes the same. 2 everything is cold when it's brought out; or burned when you send it back to be redone. 3 The shots are overpriced because it's all the same, nothing tastes different. What a rip off! the service is very terrible and the manager is a short tempered prick! the cashier doesn't understand half of what u say. Kyla was an amazing server by the way, despite the poor management and structure. Hope to come back soon and everything improves again.

The food and drinks were fantastic! I will definitely be back next time I visit the area. I did not catch her name but I appreciated the waitress that put up with me having a hard time hearing and communicating. It’s not her fault my ears have been bad lately and she was so kind.

December 1, 2023 7:00-7:30 pm. I have to start off by saying grubhub is terrible around Memphis, and i would give this place 10 stars if i could. I called the owner by accident because that was the number listed. I informed him of what happened with grubhub. He called the manager on duty, which is how we found out the grubhub driver lied about the order, and the manager personally delivered my order. Those 2 guys, Jose and Brandon, saved the day with absolutely amazing customer service that they really didn't have to do because it wasn't their problem to fix/clean up. I'm going there for dine-in the next time I'm in town and from what I've seen in the pics, you can bet I'm taking a lyft/uber to get there and back because I want to test the margaritas too. Shout out to the owner and the manager that was there this night. Y'all are just as awesome as any Texan in my book!

Went to have margaritas with my friend. 1 chimichanga meal and 1 appetizer 2 margaritas and my bill is $150.00! Because the charged a double 17% gratituity! Nah, that's too much for tacos mane!
