We had a great time here! Our server was amazing. I'm so sorry I can't remember her name because she deserves mentioning. She had our table and several others around the bar, but we never lacked anything. She may have been bartending also, that's how busy she was. There was enough staff for what tables they had, though. Everyone seemed in good spirits. I requested a virigin bloody mary, and she hooked it up. So good and didnt even miss the vodka. We were having trouble deciding what to order because it was our first time, plus we had appetizers and wanted the krispy kreme banana foster sundae (so good!). She recommended ordering a sandwich with baked potato as a side item which was perfect and saved me some dough. I didn't have the appetite for the full baked potato with brisket, but her suggestion was perfect. All of our food was delicious, but after the apps and sundae, I couldn't touch my entree. She provided us with to-go boxes (although she said they normally charge for to-go...disagree here) and was able to finish up at a later time. It was still delicious warmed up. The atmosphere here was good, low music was audible but not so loud we couldn't talk. Crowd seemed to be having a good time. Lots of TVs to watch for my sports. Highly recommend.

Fun place down the road from Graceland. We had a lot of food for the 4 of us, total $132 including tax and tip. Lisa was a terrific server. Not the best bbq I’ve had but decent. Sides were tasty. The live performers were a little loud though, don’t make it so difficult to have a conversation please. That was bothersome.Kid-friendliness: Lots for kids

What better way to end the evening after a whole day Graceland ? Its to come to Marlowe’s !!!Food was really good if not great. We decided to order a bunch of smaller plates to share among 4 of us. The dry rubbed smoked ribs were smoky, soft and tender and off the bone easily. Beef brisket and the bbq chicken was okay, not remarkable. Love all the sides that you can choose that comes with the order like fried okra, coleslaw, baked beans and cheese macaroni. And for dessert ?! The heart triple bypass Crispy Creme Banana Foster Sundae is a must have !!!The restaurant also has an Elvis gift shop. You may find something special here that Graceland desnt have like the collectible Elvis figurines in different outfits.

A highlight of our tripI visited Graceland last summer and were looking for somewhere to dine. We heard good things about Marlowe’s so decided to give it a try. Must say, we made the right decision, the food was absolutely amazing, as a northerner this has to be the best Southern food I have ever tasted, the ribs were some of the best I’ve had. The service was pretty quick as well and the overall atmosphere of the place was great too. It’s location is very convenient, only a few blocks away from Graceland. Overall 10 out of 10 restaurant!

This isn't a high class place. It's a good place to take your family to relax and eat good food. There's a small gift shop with t-shirts and memorabilia-magnets and coffee cups etc. The service was excellent, very friendly.

Memphis has great barbecue, and this is a good place for comfort bbq. Loved everything we ate and we ate alot. Not for vegetarians of any kind. Let the carnivore in you out for a stroll with Elvis.

Excited to visit as from out of town . Greeted by a waitress who really didnt want to work. Watched the hostess check her cell phone while I sat unattended. Waitress came back 50 minutes into meal. I had wanted extra barbeque sauce as the ribs were quite dry and grissly. She supplied this-- AFTER we were finished eating. Marlow get your act together with your staff.

This place was a lot of fun, our ride to the restaurant was in a pink limousine. The driver picked us up at our hotel the Guest House at Graceland and took us to the restaurant. He was hilarious. I was shocked when he stopped for get gas, especially since the restaurant was pretty close by. I would have thought that he would have filled up before his shift started. Something else that took place was pretty disturbing, he ran three red lights while in route to the restaurant and two red lights on the way back to the hotel. The food at the Marlowe's was great. Certainty worth visiting this place. They also have a cute little gift shop there.

Elvis fans get their money's worth here. Best ribs of my life! Perfect preparation and presentation. The beans and salad were also very tasty. The furnishings have been done with great attention to detail and are really great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Price performance fits.

The food was very bland, no seasoning at all. Took over an hour to cook. If you’re looking for good seasoned barbecue this is not it.
