I placed an order online for $25 with your online app. I ordered food and received my food made incorrectly. I contacted your restaurant immediately on Christmas Eve to notify them of the mistake. I was spoken to very condescendingly and was not met with any type of empathy in regards to a $25 order on Christmas Eve being made incorrectly or any type of assistance to correct the mistake. The offer that was made to me was to either come up to the restaurant and have the order completely Replaced or I could come when the restaurant was open again after Christmas Day and have the order remade or get a card to have a free meal. The next time that I came in I came into the store on December 26 to have that to happen. I was told they would not be honoring what they told me and that They don’t know why I was lied to. I spoke with Mariana and was given these offers and once I spoke with the young lady at the restaurant, Audra or Otra, I was told that this would not be happening. She was decent as far as pleasant tree was concerned she did not have any negative. Spoke Again, there was no empathy. I was told that the general manager advised that he would not authorize to have my meal remade, even though I had picture showing that it was made incorrectly that he would refund me when he returned to work for my entire order this would be an inconvenience for me because I was already there now and wasted gas and time coming up there. I’ve already paid for delivery on my previous order and had come to the restaurant in order to have this corrected which I should not have had to do And then being told I have to come back another day in order to receive a refund that they could’ve just given me today. I was also told I would receive this refund when he returned to work however a month ago when I had an issue with my order, I was offered a refund and never received it. This concerns me that I won’t receive this one either. It is very poor business practice to offer a customer a resolution, and when they show up in order to receive said resolution that was offered to be denied that resolution and to go back on your word, it is very poor business practice and I’m very disappointed. I spent a great deal of money with your restaurant and don’t feel that my business or money is valued at this time, and my reviews were reflected as such.

I paid for a Cesar salad, sandwich and sweet tea, and made me sick a couple days later. Dressing was put in on side, looked clumpy, something told me to stop eating it. I was sick for several days. If your food tastes weird, keep the food and receipts. Call the health department and police.

Came out of the mini golf place next to McAlister’s and we decided to walk down and eat dinner there for my birthday. My husband, myself and our 4 sons walked in at 8:20pm (it’s a Sunday and they close at 9). Haven’t worked in the food industry in our younger years, we went in with our order ready to place so they wouldn’t have to wait on us to decide. We walked up to the counter and were instantly met with a visibly irritated and unprofessional staff. They huffed and gave looks to each other when we walked up to the counter. My husband and I knowing what that sort of attitude and look can mean, we turned around and walked out. I get it that it’s close to closing time, but 40 minutes is PLENTY of time for us to order, them to make it and us to eat and leave. Very disappointed.

What a disaster
Drove 30min to get there. Arrived walked in and the place was in shambles.
People all in front of counter waiting and waiting for there food. Finally she took my order and said 20 min wait. Said ok.
Paid sat down and there must have been 10 peeps complaining on how long there waiting for there food for almost an hr..
So we decided to get our money back . And ate in Freddie's.
Please get a new crew fast.......

On 09/04/24, I placed a web order for the
Chipotle Chicken & Bacon Spud with no cheese and extra chipotle ranch (which I paid for). The restaurant closes at 9pm, so I placed my order at approx 7:26pm with a pick up time at 7:38pm. I picked up my order at approx 7:40pm. Upon arriving home, I opened the box and observed a potato with no bacon, no cheese, minimum ranch, and 3 green onion. It looked like the individual had just thrown my food in the box with whatever was left for scraps. I wanted to go back to the restaurant but was too pissed to do so. Upon putting a fork into the potato, it would not go through. The potato was hard as a rock and not completely cooked. I will not be visiting McAllister’s again anytime soon, especially this location…what a waste of my money!

Extremely rude manager, then made fun of my name when my order was ready.
Got home with spud max, don't waste your money, nothing on it. Had to dig around to find the meat. Found a fatty partial piece of bacon and the miniscule pieces of turkey/ham, not sure too small to tell. Really skimpy with the olives and cheese.
I now remember why I haven't been to McCalister's in so long.
Complete waste of money and terrible atmosphere and staff. Wanted something hot and easy to digest after a hard day at work with a migraine.
Fortunately I took the pictures after I opened up the potatoes, so they look much better.

I was at McAllister at 6:51p and did a walk-in order, I ordered Choose two - half club sandwiche and just-a-spud bake potato with extra cheese. The sandwich was very dry that could not see the mustard at all, it was enough lettuce for a whole sandwich, as for the bake potato it was very old and crusty, you could not eat the skin if you wanted too, and the potato itself was mushy and I did not get the extra cheese I requested. Whoever the manager is please re-train your cooks and don't give out food that you won't eat. I called the store - the one on Trinity to speak to the manager and it sounded he or she didn't want to come to the phone, but said they would call me back, the girl claims they had a rush and their was nobody in the store when I placed my order, so I doubt that they had a rush. McAllister get it together or shut down, this is not good at all. I really want to give you a big ZERO.

Ordered a wrap and half a salad… when they brought my salad I noticed one 2oz cup of dressing would not be enough so I went to the counter the employees kept walking by even making tea and didn’t want to acknowledge me standing there finally I said excuse me can i get some more ranch and Whitney had the worst attitude she walked to the back started pretending to work on the line and start talking to the guy back there while staring at me, then she finally decided to put the ranch in the window and tell the other girl to give it to me. Then Whitney and another girl decided to just walk outside . I mean if you don’t want to do your job then maybe you should go elsewhere

The lazy workers didnt even look at my food before slapping a label on my box that had been sitting there for a ridiculous amount of time. Didn’t even eat the food i paid for because it’s not even close to what i paid for. Wish these kids would act like they have brain

My daughter & I dined here Saturday May 4th with my toddler grandson. We ordered 1 bowl of broccoli cheddar soup, 1 bowl of chili, and 1 kids meal. Only 1 drink and it was almost $30! Food was cold and terrible. The “chili” was actually hot dog chili used for chili dogs. Definitely tasted straight out of a can. Food was so disgusting my grandson wouldn’t even eat the Mac & cheese! Bad food, slow service, restaurant dirty, and over priced. Don’t waste your time or money. Very disappointing.

The staff here always shuffles around like their goal is to do the absolute minimum amount of work. Today I waited a half hour for my sandwich even though there was almost no one there. They waited until my meal was ready before they even poured my drink. Then when I got home the fruit cup was only 1/3 full.
