I was in on 1-13-24 at 12:14. Ticket # 30023 .I am a rewards member but I always have to request my info is added to the sale. At point of sale I added a tip . As I was leaving the young man clearing the table asked for a tip. It was so rude and unprofessional. My mom asked if I could leave a tip as she didn't have cash. I explained I left a tip at pos. Please advise staff that is tacky.Vegetarian options: I always request the vegetarian chilli.

Staff is lazy.Stopped on the way thru Memphis. It was not busy at all, there was only one other group in the restaurant ordering when we got there.They were out of horseradish, which I understand. It’s aggravating, but I t happens.We ordered the rest of our food to go.The waited approx 25 mins, only to find out our was sitting behind the counter. There’s even a “To-Go” pick up area that we were watching.Our food had been waiting so long my sandwich was soggy and my son’s pizza was actually cool to the touch. When my son asked them for a hot pizza, all they did was put it in the microwave for a little bit. This just made it piping hot, soggy and eventually hard as a rock after it cooled enough for him to eat it.I would not go back.

Trash cans over flowingBathroom floor soaked with urine. There is a mat around the commode that has not been cleaned in a long time.Our food sat behind the counter. No one called our ticket, name, or brought it out.When I went up to ask about it, sure enough, it had been sitting there for at least 10 minutes because we waited 30.Worst of all, my son’s pizza was cold. He went to the counter to ask for a new pizza. All they did was put his in the microwave! Mind you, this is a food item he had touched and bit into that they placed in their microwave.McAllisters, in general, is wonderful. This location is not up to standard.

Placed an online order a little while ago, come to get it- half the order isn't there. I come back in to ask if they left it out, the person said "oh we out chips " I said well I paid online for it-yall were just going to charge me and not tell me or give me back what I paid for that you don't have? She said here's a bag of doritos since we don't have chips - I said "for the ultimate nachos?-that's $11 and I've now been in here while they run around not giving a dang for 10 minutes. Rude staff. No one was going to tell me and yet they still charged me. I'm still in here whole the rest of my food is getting cold waiting for them to figure out what to do. I've been asked my name by the same 2 people since I got here. Not to mention to pick up my to go order I waited and wasn't greeted or even acknowledged for over 5 minutes. They are not busy. The manager, I am assuming (small white woman w brown hair) just came out didn't say a word either, turned around looked at the employee and walked away. Not one word said. There's also a man behind me that has yet to be acknowledged as well who is trying to order. Staff just standing around. They see him too. Terrible place-worst experience I've ever had here.
This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience. This time, I ordered a club sandwich, and when I get back to work and open it, I find out they put no meat or cheese on it. I drive back up there to tell them what happened, and the guy at the front counter looked confused about what I wanted, and asked me, “So what do you want us to do? Remake it?” I’m like, “Yeah. I want it remade.” Did he think I came back just to complain because it was fun? I’m never going back there again.

The absolute worst McAllister's I've been to. Every time I come here the employees have no sense of urgency. Management should definitely hire more employees or get theirs in line because I will never eat here again due to the lack of service.

Take out- no pickle and no bacon on the club. The sandwich was wrapped sloppy in paper- no box . I haven’t gotten a pickle last 4-5 times. Just give them the pickle folks!
