PLEASE! I repeat… PLEASE DO NOT go here. They are careless. How do you wrap sandwich up and forget to take the paper off? This is ridiculous… I called to to get the matter resolved and the lady that answered the phone said “ please hold” never came back to the phone and I was waiting for 15 minutes. This is insane. Save your money. You’re making sandwiches and can’t remove paper?

Food was great, but the guy who was ringing me out seemed confused. After his boss explained something to him and then left, the guy went and made drinks and just didn't come back to complete my order on the register. I waited as the girl on the next register over put in several orders. The manager finally came back over and saw me and asked what I needed and said I needed my order finished that the order guy never finished. He seemed annoyed at me like i was the one inconveniencing him.

I frequent this location multiple times a week,I came in on Monday October 8,today they would not take my $50.00 bill on a $20.00 order,with the manager Chris stating that he knows I frequent this location stating his reason was it’s company policy not to accept any bills over $20.00,however it is not posted anywhere in the store that they don’t accept any bill denomination above $20.00, I can understand not accepting certain denominations of money but it should be posted in the store somewhere however it is not. I find it utterly ridiculous for a store manager to acknowledge that I frequent this location and not take my cash,I am always very polite to all the employees and treat everyone with respect but this was a horrible and ridiculous experience today. And the manager needs to do better to his customers that frequent this location

My food was actually, good. The service was just too slow for me. The cashier was just taking orders; line at the door. He didn't know how to multi task. The kitchen send the orders out and he still taking orders. Boy, if u don't give me my food! Never again

Not a fan of the manager or the change in the trays. And I didn't appreciate that I had to request for a different slice of cake after I spend almost $40 on my food to receive a BUSTED stepped on looking slice of cake. Will not be going back to this particular location. DON'T PLAY WITH MY FOOD.
