Customer Service was off the chain ⛓️💥(good). As soon as you approach the counter to order you’re greeted with a smile 😃 and polite service. I ordered the Spicy Turkey 🦃 sandwich 🥪 and it was Buss’n Buss’n… Lol 😂… like the young folk say. Also order the Broccoli 🥦 Cheese 🧀 soup 🍲 and all I can say is Woooooooooooooooow. So impressed by the way the food tasted. I have been to McAlister about 5 to 7 times and I think 🤔 I will make this a usual place to start eating 🍽️. I really like the presentation of food 🍱. It is always so good looking 👀 and ready to be eaten. Food never looks sloppy like some places but the way they present it makes you want to eat it. I will definitely be going back to any of McAlister’s DeLi restaurant anywhere as long as they continue to keep up the good service and presentation of their food 🍱. I Highly recommend this restaurant.

The worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant and I’ve had some bad experiences sadly! First I come in and I wasn’t greeted and had to initiate a conversation about my order. Everyone else was greeted. I told the young black man with short dreads with black fingernail polish on his nails that I was there to pick up and he didn’t say anything and I said “is it still being made” and he shakes his head yes. I sit down and wait for almost 30 minutes after watching everyone else get greeted and their food given and i finally decide to ask again about my order and it had been sitting there finished the entire time!!!!! No one called my order name out like they did the others. He was back and forth not even helping his other coworkers but this other young black female didn’t care nor read out my order. They were too busy joking around and making fun of each other. I told him it was messed up I had been sitting there waiting and he says “have a good day” with an attitude. It’s hard to feel bad for the black youth in this city when they don’t have a care in the world and are so unprofessional. This wouldn’t have happened back in my home town. Something needs to be done about this location!!!!!

My Uncle and I had an amazing experience at McAlister’s, and a huge part of that was thanks to Gigi, the cashier! From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a warm smile and such a friendly attitude that made us feel truly welcome. She was patient, helpful with menu recommendations, and made sure our order was perfect.
Not only was the food delicious—fresh, flavorful, and exactly what we were craving—but the customer service was top-notch. Gigi went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and even checked in to see how we were enjoying our meal. It’s rare to find such genuine kindness and excellent service, and it made our visit even more special.
McAlister’s is always a great place for a tasty meal, but the outstanding service we received from Gigi made this visit unforgettable. We will definitely be back, and we hope to see her again! Thanks, Gigi, for making our dining experience so wonderful!

This chain isn’t your average fast-food one—it’s more of a laid-back, serving up sandwiches, soups, and salads with a “real food” philosophy and a healthier claim. We stopped by on a chilly weekday night, just before a winter storm rolled in, looking for a quick and cozy bite after grocery shopping.
I went for the half-soup, half-sandwich combo—the deli style sandwich was pretty decent, while the soup was just alright. But on a cold night, that warm bowl of soup definitely hit the spot. Portions weren’t massive, but they were just right, and the price was also easy on the wallet.
Today I had the best experience ever @ Mcalister. When I entered the building I was greeted by Whitney with a beautiful smile, she explained the menu so I could understand what the choose 2 consisted of.The Manager Chris was very polite to the customers in the restaurant, asking did anyone need any refills on beverages. I never seen that before. Lonnie @ Kevin made the food and it taste superb. Gigi I think is a Manager as well actually brought the food around the counter to customers made sure we had condiments, our drinks she we over and beyond. Cortez does a phenomenal job as well. This store has an amazing staff.I definitely will be back to this Mcalister.

Absolutely pathetic customer service. I was one of multiple customers who ordered online, arrived after the food was supposed to be ready only to find none of these orders were ready, then were told by the stoner behind the counter that we had to wait at the end of the line behind all the other customers who hadn't even ordered yet. All the employees move so slowly that they obviously don't do drug screens.
