All I got was a free iced tea from my app for signing up but it was very delicious specially when I added some lemons! The young lady who was working cashier was very sweet and had a smile the whole time we talked. Thank you for a pleasurable first experience!

Order a honey pulled pork nacho with extra meat and no jalapenos, I litterly set here for 45 mnts before they realized I was sitting down, I watched people come in and out all the while the young employees set around laughing and joking they messed up my order and accidentally made a pulled pork sandwich , after sitting and waiting for my food I got so frustrated I asked what's taking so long , they claim they were waiting for the pork to come from freezer and that my food had not even been made yet , I wasted 45 mnts and simply asked for a refund. This use to be my favorite mcAlisters because their close to my house. Never again. Service has went down in last few years. The employees are a bunch young people with not a care in the world. THEY ARE THE NEW MCDONALDS NOW.

I placed an order online for my co-worker and I, and we purchased sandwiches and 3 slices of the butter pecan cheesecake. When I arrived to pick it up, the cashier told me that they did not have the cheesecake at the store. She must've been new because she did not know how to properly give me a refund back since I paid for it with a card. Instead, the guy making the sandwiches was yelling from the kitchen on how to do it. She advised me that I would get a refund of $16 in 24 hours back on my card; this was a Wednesday. I called Friday because I still had not received my refund. The guy that I talked to said the GM was away and would be back at 2:30PM. I left my phone number for someone to call me back and they didn't, I called back several times and no one answered my call. I assume they had a caller ID and recognized my number. Employees were terrible, when I got back to eat my sandwich, the bread was extremely hard as if it was old bread. This was a $42 order. No one had on hair nets, the inside of the store smelled like a spoiled mop was used and I still have not received my refund and it's been 2 weeks. I will never return to this location, its horrible and to not have anyone to return my calls is just totally unacceptable. Only reason 1 star is being given is because there is no option for 0 stars. Hacks Cross location needs to be shut down or everyone needs to be replaced IMMEDIATELY!

My husband I travel through Tennessee frequently. Wanted to grab a bite. Greeted by a locked door and employees shaking heads saying they were closed at 8:00pm when the door sign and online hours reads 9:00pm. Very disappointed. If hours are truly changed, please change signs that are advertised so customers do not waste their time and have to find another place to dine.
