Showed up after putting in an order through the app, no one there. Drive thru menu and some kitchen lights still on but no cars and no one in the restaurant. Got there before 12 and it’s supposed to be open till 2am. Genuinely embarrassing the people working here can’t summon the willpower to just do their job for a full shift. Embarrassing for the company they have no standards for costumer service. It’s always poor service, cold food, missing items. Idk man have fun holding yourself down I guess, these are the type of people who never come up in the world
Long wait ,Bad service
The day shift staff is amazing, if you go in during breakfast, or eary afternoon.
Evening and late evening staff, it's hit or miss whether you can get in or not. Drive thru is a nightmare, often saying they have only fried food. (excuse me, I thought hamburgers were fried??)
The final straw occurred the last weekend in May when I went in and couldn't get any carbonated drinks. That was Saturday, and the following Friday, it was still that way.
I have stopped going here, and except for the Getwell Unit, if I know its a RETZER franchise, I will avoid it. Retzer is a major franchisee, operating across five states, and based in rural Mississippi. As such, they are just after our money, and don;t care.
I have found a local, truly local Franchisee, who is small, and based here. I'm writing this, sitting at the McDonald's on Poplar, near White Station. My new go to store!
Do not eat there
They don’t give the food on time and bad service
We got in line at 9:55pm, it’s now 10:18pm and we still haven’t ordered…so much for FAST food
They have this 90s alternative playing in the lobby(think Gin Blossoms)
We ordered a mobile order at 10:20 and arrived around 10:25 and they did not even say anything at the speaker until 10:45 and we did not receive our food until 11:25. We saw about 6 cars drive off and they weren’t even terribly busy when we arrived. Our food was cold, drinks were watered down, we were missing a part of our meal, and they acted like WE inconvenienced THEM by being there as if we weren’t waiting for an hour. I honestly would like a total refund I paid $28 dollars for cold food and horrible service.

I'm never going to this location again. Manager was sitting her car. Associate wasn't able to ring me up. I left.

Went there at about 5am two days ago and whoever the young man was handling my order was terribly rude in his responses and tone.

Service was great wait time in line was not long and the food was hot

Left without complete order. Sevreal customs left without ordering as a fight broke out among employees behind the counter
