We ordered a mobile order at 10:20 and arrived around 10:25 and they did not even say anything at the speaker until 10:45 and we did not receive our food until 11:25. We saw about 6 cars drive off and they weren’t even terribly busy when we arrived. Our food was cold, drinks were watered down, we were missing a part of our meal, and they acted like WE inconvenienced THEM by being there as if we weren’t waiting for an hour. I honestly would like a total refund I paid $28 dollars for cold food and horrible service.

I ordered a 10 piece meal through Uber Eats in between conference calls at work. The food I received was burnt. After my conference calls I drove to the restaurant to exchange the food. The lady behind the counter said, oh it's just a little dark. I explained that I ate one nugget and it was hard, dry and tasted nasty. She gave me a fresh batch, which was also burnt. I won't be going back to this location.
Either they gave me something wrong or they make me wait a long time for my food even if i order 20m ahead of time I'll end up waiting for my food, I'm done getting food here. When i worked at mcd it was unacceptable to make someone wait more than 90 seconds

Went to get a combo and a 4 for $5 Had my sandwiches but no fries. Went back for fries they gave me 2 small fries with literally 6 fries in each container or fries sleeve, not sure if the name. Very poor customer service. But I called the site manager and she was wonderful and understanding

Never again. McDonald's, especially Memphis area restaurants, have been going downhill for years. Today, 2 burgers, 2 fries, and no drink (they only had iced tea) was $30. Also, they were accepting only exact change or card for payment. Horribly mismanaged, poorly trained staff, extra wait time that was unreported (that's why they have you pull forward and wait, so it doesn't impact their reporting), and the food was unremarkable. Warm, not hot, and the fries weren't fresh. McDonalds will not be getting my money ever again. There are just too many places with better food at similar or lower prices. Not worth it. At all.
