Bums will approach you in drive thru. My breakfast sandwich wrapper looked like they just wadded it up around it, not nicely folded. Almost like it was balled-up, re-opened and sandwich put in. There were 3 vehicles waiting on their orders as I paid and left

Hands down worst McDonald’s. Painfully slow. I have a large sample size of McDonald’s in the area, and I have left the line for this McDonalds multiple times due to the extremely slow service. Expect 10-20 minute waits if there’s more than five people ahead of you. It’s been this way for multiple years

After a certain time, the ice cream machine is down. Sometimes, I need that late night sugar fix, and a pie just won't do. Other than that , my experiences vary but overall ,we keep coming back.

Plus, the app isn't too bad either.

This was probably the worst McDonald's experience I've ever had. I placed an order on the McDonald's app at 9:59 PM and went through the drive-thru, but it took forever to get my food. I waited nearly an hour without any explanation for the long delay. They didn't mention if it was a shift change or something else, so I got out of line and tried to pick up my order inside, but the indoor area was closed and locked.

I got back in line and continued to wait, but the app wouldn't let me cancel my order because it said it was being prepared. I also couldn't reach customer service. By the time I finally received my order, it was 11 p.m., and of course, my food was cold. They didn't remake it or apologize for the long wait, and I wasn't about to stand in that long line again for anything else.

To make matters worse, they didn't even give me a receipt, which meant I couldn't file my complaint online. As soon as I could, I disputed the transaction with my bank and got my money back. I will never go to this McDonald's again.

This is the slowest McDonald I ever been to in my life. Currently sitting in drive thru behind 4 cars for 30 mins haven’t even placed my order. Can’t pull off cause the way the drive thru made. Yall need to hire some better workers or get a better system to serve customers like the rest of the McDonald’s in the world.

I used the mobile app, ordered an order for curbside pick up. I waited 25 minutes and no one ever came out. It was a horrible experience. I rarely go to McDonalds but I’m not sure what I was expecting.
