I went through the drive-thru. Apparently the speaker was malfunctioning. The drive-thru worker was RUDE and had a NASTY attitude; didn't get my order correct, plus tried to add additional items to my ticket; got an attitude when I corrected her. My food was NOT fresh. I won't be back for a while.

Literally the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to consistently. It’s the closest one to me , so I go every once in a while and it’s always awful. Most the time the inside is not open and you have to go through the drive through. A lot of times they won’t answer the intercom so you drive up to the first window and they are even trying to do their job. The worst customer service I have ever experienced over and over again. I would starve before coming back.

Very bad serivce they do not know how to work fast in drive through also it takes more than 20mins are they working inside or sleeping?
By far the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been too. Horrible customer service . The food was horrible fries were cold . Homeless pan handling in the drive thru. Gorge the manger horrible Communication skills. I will never go there again.

The worst Mcdonald location I have ever been to. No customer in the drive through line but I waited more than 5 minutes twice before someone attended to me at the speaker. At first while waiting at the speaker but no response I thought maybe the speaker wasn't being used so I drove to the pick up window. while a guy was trying to figure out my order a lady came up and insisted I go back to the speaker to get my order taken. I went back again, and waited for 7more minutes before someone answered me at the speaker. I was tempted to cancel the order but I was hungry. I am NEVER going to this branch for nothing.

Can you please stop serving us tea flavored syrup? Every time! Who drinks their tea like this??? I took a sip and started coughing. I then took an extra cup i had and made 3 more large very sweet teas from the tea they gave me and some bottled waters. Just follow the directions on the wall. Also the food is almost always so bad. The chicken in the chicken biscuits are dry as hell from sitting out for too long and the biscuits always taste like they were cooked in a microwave, they're all rubbery. I don't understand how y'all are getting paid more than ever, food more expensive than ever yet the food taste worse than ever. Get it together.
