I had a mobile order paid for extra mayonnaise And didn’t get any so I went back and told Them they had me waiting 10 Minutes just to put extra mayonnaise on it and it still didn’t have mayonnaise on it so I went back and them just for them to come back and say the put mayonnaise packets in the bed 🤦🏽♀️ bad experience do not recommend going there

Will make you wait forever at the speaker at night, sometimes won’t even come to it. Then if they take a while making your food will send you to the “drive thru reserve” and will either have you waiting there for 20+ mins or forgot about you in total. Wont be back.

I Pull in at 10:15 order was taken at all as I pulled off the young girl was standing off to the side (taking no orders with 9 vehicles in line three of us simply pulled off. I left the drive thru at 10:50 (PLEASE HIRE INDIVIDUALS THAT WHAT & APPRECIATES A JOB (THAT WAS MY FIRST TIME GOING TO THAT Mc Donald’s I went further down FRAYSER blvd to Wendy’s MY ORDER WAS TAKEN IMMEDIATELY AS I PULLED UP. We MUST HAVE BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. MONEY IS NOT WHAT IT USE TO BE TO SPEND MY MONEY ON POOR SERVICE I WILL NOT. THANKS BUT ABSOLUTELY NOT.

I absolutely love this location in Frayser. Not only are all the workers well-rounded and attentive, but they genuinely care about their customers. When I order through Uber Eats, they go the extra mile to protect their bags, unlike other places in the area such as Wendy’s or Church's Chicken, which do not secure their bags properly. McDonald's ensures that their bags are securely sealed, providing not only quality food but also a sense of safety and protection. I truly appreciate this level of service at this location and hope they continue their excellent work. Kudos to the manager for maintaining such high standards!
