The woman in the window was disrespectful and wasn't doing her job. I love how they got a attuide cause they don't know what tf they doing. Ya'll better off ordering from the one on austin pwy.
If I could put zero stars I would! They take forever to even answer the speaker or don’t answer at all! If you go inside, they don’t even acknowledge you!! Everybody in the back can see if there’s someone in the front but yet no one says anything! I had a door dash pick up and was told to either go to the third window and ring the door bell or come inside. So I ring the door bell. A light skinned man with glasses that might have been the manager comes to the window already with an attitude and tells me that I need to come inside even I see my pickup order on the shelf right behind him. After I drop that order off, I get another pickup from there and same thing happens, but this time he comes to the windows complaining and tells a girl to take the doorbell off the wall. She tells me to come inside which I tried but THE DOORS WERE LOCKED!!! So help me understand!!!

Went to the one on Frayser Boulevard and Hollywood (3/24/25). I ordered a pack of warm cookies for me to get to the window and I guess she was a manager or something to tell me that they don’t warm up cookies anymore. I was just there a few days prior and ask for the same service with no problem. And I’ve never had a problem at no other location for the same service. According to the commercial it said that your cookies are served warm right. So if I’m paying for warm cookies I expect warm cookies. And this was an older lady that should have been trained to satisfy the customers request.

I had a mobile order paid for extra mayonnaise And didn’t get any so I went back and told Them they had me waiting 10 Minutes just to put extra mayonnaise on it and it still didn’t have mayonnaise on it so I went back and them just for them to come back and say the put mayonnaise packets in the bed 🤦🏽♀️ bad experience do not recommend going there
