This is one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. If I could give a “0” I would. Customer service is awful. They have you waiting in the drive thru at the intercom for 10 min + without acknowledging you’re there. A simple “I will be with you in a moment” is common sense etiquette! They can’t get the order correct and then have the audacity to be nonchalant as if we’re “the customer” aren’t a big part of how they have a job and gain a paycheck. The owners of this franchise should take the time to visit their establishment unannounced to see how poorly it’s being ran and to actually see how customers are possibly not booming. It’s sad to say that most fast food restaurants I’ve been to near this area are poorly ran just like this one especially when shift changes late evening. Smh!!!!

Worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. Ordered a Daily Double, got a McDouble instead. When I asked why, they said “we don’t make Daily Doubles.” Then why the hell is it still on the menu? Paid extra for nothing. No apology, no explanation — just rudeness and attitude.
And the drive-thru? Total disaster. Takes forever for anyone to even acknowledge you, and then even longer to get your food. Complete mess.
They don’t care about customers, don’t take responsibility for their mistakes, and clearly can’t handle basic service. Absolute joke of a location. Never again.

My order was wrong, and I received the wrong sandwich. First, they should not have taken food back through the drive through window. Then, they told me to pull up so they could "remake" my sandwich, only to give me back the same chicken patty with added lettuce, tomatoes and pickles. This is not good customer service.
Great service! Came in the morning after a delayed flight and the morning crew made the day much better! Clean restaurant and no complaints on the food.
