Used to be a great location food was always fresh. My last few visits my food has not been fresh. Sent my fries back this particular time because i asked for everything to be fresh upon ordering only to wait 5 minutes for even colder fries. Done giving the benefit of the doubt. Awe yea also got attitude

Ordered a Quarter pounder with bacon meal. My burger looked like it was off the children's menu. All the employees were running around like a disturbed anthill, but none even acknowledged that we were there until we were through with the kiosk, which is for those patrons in their 20s. I was raised on customer service and I will die on that hill.

We get to the speaker & they took our order twice & still didn’t even take it we had to go to the other window , once we placed our order & went to the window we saw the fat white employee touching our food with no gloves on & we got our food & it was cold & not fresh and a manager want to act rude towards

I thought the apps were utilized to streamline service, make ordering & receiving your order more efficient not slow it down.
The staff is rude whether you eat in or use the drive thru. If you ask for fresh fries, you can expect re-dropped fries. They occasionally salt their fries, but if they don't and you request it, expect fries so salty you can't eat them. I have found stuff that looks like like dirt, hair, string, etc., on my burgers before. Just know, there is no use in complaining because they are going to say something nasty to you whether you have all the food with you and your receipt or not. I've tried to call the number of the franchise owner on the window, and I never hear back. The only thing that I've gotten from there that I really like is my drink. This is not the same for all locations but for the one by Kroger on Summer Ave near Graham. Unless I'm dying of thirst, I won't be back.

I would give this place a -10 but it's not available. I ordered in app and was refused service when I arrived. I am still waiting for my refund which could take up to fourteen days! I spoke with the corporate office and those people are as rude as the people working in this store! God forbid anyone want to pay to eat here they don't like money!

Everybody rude.... you know McDonald's is the #1 restaurant in the World and yet we get the worst service its like everyone is given a hand book on how to be rude if you work for McDonald'sI haven't spent my money there in Months. I refuse!!!

This is hands down the sorriest McDonald's in the city.. the grave yard shift is just that DEAD! They are 24 hours when they feel like it.. lights off and it's after 3:30 a.m. They look and act high.. the girl kept telling us we have to pay when we're picking up for Uber Eats.. PLEASE PEOPLE FIND ANOTHER LOCATION TO PLACE YOUR ORDERS DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY PLEASE
