Terrible service. Rude employees. They will laugh in your face for sounding educated. Keep acting ignorant and you’ll reap the benefits of a miserable life. I don’t except much from McDonald’s nowadays. This location made me never want McDonald’s again.

The store is always closed in the morning because there short staff all the time food sucks half the time I wish they would close the getwell store until they get new staff there And the store is always dirty never cleaned when I've been there. There's a couple of good people that work there and they know who they are

this place is completely trash. They have young people working in there that don’t know what they’re doing and the food was disgusting. The fries were cold. The sandwiches were cold and I will be disputing the transaction with my bank. I couldn’t bring myself to eat one fry. It reeked of old grease. If I could give them zero stars I would. This used to be a fire location smh

We went at 3:45 and it was slow. We left at 4:10 and the fries was not that hot and not that salty didnt say thank you and they were really not good

The food is sometimes fresh , but you’ll be waiting at least 15 mins at the speaker. This location has it bad with that , memphis need to do better with they fast food service

I order the 13 tot chocolate chip cookies at 11:18 p.m. the young lady at the first window told me it was going to take sometime to,cooked I said ok. She said she was going to bring my food out with my receipt. I know how long it takes to bake cookies, I shouldn't have waited for an hour to get my cookies and drink. POOR SERVICE.
