I went and asked a lady for ketchup and she just looked at me and walked off! I went thru drive thru and they took about 35 min to take Ma order. Bad service !

Visited this location a little after 11:30 pm today (thanksgiving eve) and the team was on point!!! As much as I visit this location, tonight was the best service I’ve ever received. The food was absolutely fresh I ordered 5 meals and everything was made correctly and everything I ordered was in the bag including all the correct sauces. To the man running the window making the drinks, thank you for your kindness! The line was so long I knew for a fact we were going to be sitting for a while….nope they kept the line moving and fast!

I get the French vanilla iced coffee and they made it incorrectly. When I brought it back in the manager remade it then also showed the worker how to correctly make one. Since I'd used my app, she actually used her personal app so I could get my coffee at the discounted price.

They are thieves. Ordered on mobile order and they didn't have something and gave me a refund so I thought. When i didnt receive the refund after a week i Looked on the receipt and it wasn't even refunded to my card. Get hung up on when I called and never heard back from corporate when I contacted customer service. 😒 i will NEVER go to this location.

If you're looking to be spoken to as if you're an inconvenience, this McDonald's location will fulfill that desire.
If you enjoy having to pay extra to receive sauces that were supposed to come with your meal, but didn't, this McDonald's location is just the place for you.
If you feel as if you just can't live another day without having a seemingly disgruntled employee berate you for having the audacity to ask for the sauces that you paid for, you should stop by this McDonald's location.
If you are interested in searching through your car in order to locate the aforementioned sauces, and your credit card, after having them thrown through the window at you, this McDonald's location can definitely provide this service.
If you wish to pick up a quick, enjoyable meal to treat yourself with while on the way home from work, the closed, boarded-up, and abandoned Burger King across the street would be a better choice than here.

Waited in long line for the Gabby Party meal and everything was cold just like the frosty that came with it.Also worker was eating her food with her hands then handle customer food putting french fries in the bag with no gloves on.
The wait in the drive thru was over 20 minutes. They were extremely slow.

DO NOT GO HERE… there are 2 other Mac Donald’s within 10 miles please save yourself the trauma… yes trauma overnight manager screams at every customer cussed me out because they did not have sprite ,Hi-c or water that was not in a bottle I’ve never thought about harming a woman in my 31 years of life but the world is a better place without her in a drive thru window so I’ll leave a negative review everyday until she is replaced or they shut this piece of shyt down Raleigh deserves better please do better hiring moving forward doing a news segment / podcast just so the entire city of Memphis will know how awful the people and service is here any giving day of the week terrible if look at the bottom of list there is Krystal’s and Mac Donald Austin peay
