Deangelo really brought the McDonald's team together getting everyone in and out quickly. At first glance he seems like he'll be mean, because of how focused and engaged he is. However, once he speaks you can tell he carries himself with dignity and pride to be the manager. Any store would be lucky to have such a reliable and respectful employee. Compared to how the previous manager operated the store he clearly knows what he's doing. Thank you, and I look forward to seeing more of this amazing service. 👏

Morning breakfast trying to get breakfast here in the morning it’s awful. They have you waiting at the speaker 10 minutes before you can place an order and when you call in to see what’s the holdup management gets very smart with you we are trying to get breakfast before we go to work and it always causes me to be a little late no matter how early I come. Sad it take me 18 minutes in line today merry Christmas Eve 2025

I have enjoyed McDonald’s throughout the years. But this particular Sunday morning on Austin P the good morning and the thank you was so rude that the individual could have kept it at the window. I was having a wonderful morning and my intentions were to set her out and let her know how I felt about it, but that’s not who I am so I thought I would give a review on Austin P the service was not good. People seem to have a really bad attitude. I can take my business somewhere else.. if I spend my money be at least a person at least a person can be kind with a better attitude.

This was my favorite McDonalds when they originally opened but now they are starting to get like ALL THE OTHER JEFFER'S OWNED McDinalds....slow, slow slower, tired staff, cold food and missed items in orders!

It’s nice and clean but the service is ridiculously slow. 30 mins for a meal is crazy.
Came through drive on more then one occasion and did a mobile order to only sit in the drive thru for 15 minutes. This place is horrible if your stopping here in the morning before work please don’t because you will definitely be waiting or late for work

4th time ordering the bug breakfast with Hotcakes and sausage. I express the sausage must be well done as I'm ordering for someone with diet restrictions. I'm told to pull up to an empty window and wait because of this. I'm wasting my time as I continue to receive very cold and rubbery pancakes and grossly undercooked sausage. I left the covington pike location because of gnats and nasty attitudes and now I'm leaving McDonald's for good because of cold and undercooked food! Ridiculous!!!
Pancakes were stale as if they were cooked the day before and reheated. Disgusting!
