I ordered a steak bagels and their claim to fame on their advertisement is it is toasty. that's not true at this locationthat bagel was not toasty and the steak was beaten to a pulp it was salty and rubbery. I was totally disappointed. the first time I went, it was great, not this time. Even the first time, the bagel itself is still not toasted. stop advertising this, and it's not true. I love steak begals or sausages Begals, but toasts, it would be better.

LoL complete joke I'll never returnHow in the hell do you run out of bagels and it's now your top selling breakfast item LoL.You didn't just wake up that morning and realize they were gone. You knew your stock was getting low in advance.They actually let me order my food and 20min later tell me they don't have any bagels. What's ironic is i didn't hear them mention that to anyone in the drive thru.But hey what should I expectIt is the Raleigh location.Never again!!!!!!

Ordered a sausage and egg McGriddle, waited an hour for it to arrive then opened it to find a steak and egg biscuit. So tired of things like this happening especially after I paid so much money for my breakfast. Tried calling and no one would answer the phone.

The only problem I had was that they were out of sweet n sour sauce, but it happens. The drive through people could be a little nicer. I told the girl taking money to have a great night and she looked at me like I told her that her dog died. Happy people make happy customers.

Just handed me the ice-cream with no spoon. I watched it melt in my hand for a good 5 or 6 minutes while I waited on my food at the drive thru window. The nuggets and fris was horrible, I was scared to eat it, but I did. Now my stomach hurt. Mcnuggets and Fys, cold and hard. I wasted $13.00 and nearly 30 minutes with this location. I totally don't trust this McDonald's. I'm never going back to this location. It's my own fault for stopping here in the first place. Again, Totally Disgusting. Watch what you put in your stomach.

I simply wanted a caramel frappa. The noise coming from the ice machine was a clear indication that I wasn't getting that. Fix it, yall. Don't let it be like the ice cream machine!

It’s a nasty restaurant it always smells weed and once u order it’s takes an hour to get and the ice cream machine never works and one time I ordered dine in and they told me they wouldn’t bring my food out to my table so rude do not recommend going
