Well, December 28, 2024... picked up family from Memphis Airport around 1am... very hungry, stopped @ IHop on Poplar their diner was closed only could order to go? 24hr?... then dreaded going to McDonald, but, nearest place open that time of morning, ordered 2 Chicken Combos... First, young lady taking the order lacked Customer Service Etiquette... see photo... Chicken Breast had been cut in half and placed on each separate sandwich buns... chicken looked as if someone had stepped on it... there was one very good thing about the experience, went back later that day with the food, expressed our disdained for both server and food, to the Manager and he kindly refunded the $27 or so dollars...
Parking: Exceptional, and Customer Friendly Manager on board for the day!!!👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

I’ve had only about two staff members who were nice. The final straw was waiting in line for 10 minutes just to get to the second window and be told the frappe machine been down for a week now; but just a few days a ago I was told that it was being cleaned. Definitely needs some work done there.

Terrible McDonald's. Service sucks and the food doesn't hold up to "typical" McDonald's. I've been there twice (drive through) and it was super slow, and they got my order wrong both times. Skip this place.
I placed a mobile order and the service was slow. I came through the drive-through and picked my food up, and there was no greeting, just pushing my food out the window. I get to work and realize all of my order was not in the bag, so I called several times, but there was no answer! I also sent a text message, no reply! This is not great customer service at all.

Bathroom was absolutely filthy. Went to order a drink, both employees on their phones, finally notice me wait after a couple minutes, then ask me to use the kiosk to order. Are you really too busy to take me order standing there on your phones? Maybe you could clean the bathroom instead? I just left. Don't need to be touching a gross kiosk just to get a Diet Coke.
Paid $10.77 for 3 large orange juice. It was pure water with a tiny bit of orange color. I didn't know you could purchase such garbage. NEVER AGAIN. Call the number 15 times No one would answer.
