By far the worst mcdonald's i've ever been to. I waited 30 minutes for a Bacon QPC meal right, 5-10 mins after ordering they came out with my drink (super flat btw their drinks never have any fizz) i walked inside after 25 minutes and see the bag with my order, that was ready and sat behind the counter, the food was cold and nasty.

terrible disgusting place! the door had old gum on the handle, i should've taken that red flags hint and turned around. no a/c, tables dirty, fountain drink area dirty and sticky, floor was dirty with wet spots, the sausage in the breakfast sandwich tasted unhealthy... very bad experience.

Every time I have gone to this location to get food they have been so incredibly rude that a worker actually made me cry one time. I have never experienced such rude workers and it has astounded me the treatment I have faced. The store is always dirty, workers standing around not helping, and the food has always been soggy, incorrect or cold. I just stopped going and drove ten minutes further to another one.

We stopped here on our way to the zoo. We order our food on the kiosk, then had to wait 20 mins to pay bc the kiosk didn't work for the card payment. After we paid we waited another 50 mins for our food. All our food was cold, soggy and we were missing 3 things. By the time we got back to our cars with all the right food and left It cost me over $100 and cut our zoo trip down by over an hour and a half. I wanted to reach out to the management team regarding this but bc they forgot so much of our food and didn't know how to reprint the ticket to check i had to give them back my receipt to use and she threw it away. The service is slow, the food was, awful and the atmosphere was full of angry people waiting an hour for a flat coke and burger. Their drink machine was broken so they had to make you drinks in the back and they come out water down and flat.

I walked in 3 customer was in line. No staff was at the front register. I watched 2 employees work the drive thru window completely ignoring instore customers. No acknowledgment whatsoever. After 10 min of this disrespect. Me and 1 other guy walked out. As i was leaving it appeared the only person in the entire dining room was a McDonald's employee in uniform, eating food possibly on her break. Could short staffing be the reason for this Negative experience? What a waste of time. No food No service deserves 0 stars.
I will think twice b4 thinking of revisiting this location.

Well, December 28, 2024... picked up family from Memphis Airport around 1am... very hungry, stopped @ IHop on Poplar their diner was closed only could order to go? 24hr?... then dreaded going to McDonald, but, nearest place open that time of morning, ordered 2 Chicken Combos... First, young lady taking the order lacked Customer Service Etiquette... see photo... Chicken Breast had been cut in half and placed on each separate sandwich buns... chicken looked as if someone had stepped on it... there was one very good thing about the experience, went back later that day with the food, expressed our disdained for both server and food, to the Manager and he kindly refunded the $27 or so dollars...

Parking: Exceptional, and Customer Friendly Manager on board for the day!!!πŸ‘πŸΎπŸ‘πŸΎπŸ‘πŸΎ
