I had to wait fifteen minutes for someone to notice me after ordering my food at the kiosk. However when I told an employee named Curtis how long I had been waiting he immediately went into high gear to get my food out to me. So big props to him ?

This , was definitely a pleasant experience. The young lady working the drive thru went above and beyond. My mom wanted hashbrowns at lunch and the answer was yes she can have hashbrowns. SB13, CASHIER per receipt had a positive attitude and made our day. You can't find this awesome customer service anymore. Thank you young lady, keep up the good work!

I understood to a certain degree and it can get frustrating. The manager quickly acknowledged how long I was waiting and promptly had the cook to make me fresh food. I sympathize with the situation and hoped things got better for them. Other than that I was okay with my food and service.
