Today I went to this store where I go very often, and I had a very bad experience, I requested an order from my application to pick up at the counter. After waiting, I asked the store manager for my order and he told me that the order was not in his system. I showed him the order confirmation email and he told me that he could not do anything for me. I looked for another person and explained to him. He told me that he spoke with the manager and told him that there was nothing that could be done. The payment for that order was debited from my bank. I have proof of that. However, since I was with two children, I decided to order again inside the store, but no one helped me at the checkout. They told me to order at the self-service machines, but they weren't working to pay, so I ordered and had to pay at the checkout. They made me wait 30 minutes. After I paid, the wait continued. The youngest girl started crying for her ice cream. I asked the manager to give me the ice cream first, but he said no. From there, they made me wait 25 minutes longer. The only reason I stayed waiting and left was because I was with my child and another younger child who we invited to McDonald's.

Sometimes they give you good food, drive through can be hit and miss especially if they have old food to get rid of, if you want something just to gobble down, then don’t expect a lot, just deal with it, these people are here just to make a check, they don’t wanna be here, so consider yourself fortunate to get what you came for, average food with average watered down drinks, basic fried junk food!!!

For one thing, the soda machine only had 2 flavors. The sodas we did receive from over the counter had hardly any carbonation. Just a sweet sickening taste. My friend ordered a fish sandwich without cheese, it came in with cheese. When she returned it for another one, it came back with no dressing? Just one thing after the other. We will not come back here.

It's a very empty place, so if you like to be alone and dine in peace, this is the place! My grandma works here so I wouldn't exactly know the prices. Ice cream machine works, for those who think the meme is real. Now, I am not trying to be bias, but when my grandma makes our chicken sandwhiches, it is out of this world! Even her co-workers agree. I do recommend due to these personal experiences. I only gave it 4* because I am unsure how the other food tastes (I am a person who gets the "regular")
I go to McDoanlds all over town almost daily. I generally enjoy it. It’s quick, easy, and you know what you’re going to get. I use the mobile app to order and repeat the same order almost daily. They get it wrong on occasion but that happens. What has drawn my ire today is this. My order is simple. 1 large fry, and 1 double cheeseburger with no onions or pickles. It naturally comes with pickle, onion, ketchup, and mustard. Usually when they mess up, I can scrape off the onion and pickles and it’s fine. Today, whoever made my order went nuclear and added about a whole bottle of mayonnaise and about a whole head of lettuce to it. To the point that you can’t even see the meat on the bun. So no only did they screw up the order, but added crap into that didn’t even come on it. This location sucks. Don’t go there. Or at least check your order before you leave. And to clarify, this was on a Monday at 11:00 am, with one car in front of me and one car behind me, so they weren’t slammed busy. Just plain awful service.

The drive thru associates are the best…. In the daytime.
The treatment is super bad when I have eaten there they don't give me what I ask for the other time my partner found the paper in the hamburger that is stuck to the cheese and they were offended they yelled at the person who prepares I don't know what he told them because I don't understand the English but if not the meat is all full of oil, the legs are salty and they are all small
