Overall this spot is really good. Most are hit or miss, but this location mostly hits. Very good crews, nice, and the place itself is clean. They do get busy, so plan accordingly. One of the better locations around hands down.

The only thing I liked is the man saying “ohh my gaad” when I told him the card machine is missing

I was asked to pull around for my food. Waiting 3 minutes and food still wasn't fresh, fries lukewarm quarterpound was dry and had too many onions

TERRIBLE!!! My sandwich was made wrong 3 times...after the 1st remake I did assume it was right & went home only to have to drive back...their was a .anon the front line wiping his nose, he went straight back on the line without washing his hands...I asked him why would he do that & told him to wash his hands...immediately after he began wiping his nose on his arm....sandwich made wrong again so I asked for the manager 🤦🏾♀️ he was the manager...for 3 trips in the store I asked for a coupon &was given afrie coupon 🤔 this is the McDonald's in cordova at Dexter 🤢

I put my order in on the mobile app @ 6:40p, I waited and waited and at 7:00p I went inside to get my food and it was just sitting on the counter. My food was Luke warm and the customer service wasn't great.

I brought some chicken nuggets and fries w/ sweet tea, let me tell you it was delicious but over night I had the humming birds and that sister was singing; the back ground were singing O'lord!

This review is based solely on my visit on October 5th. We waited in line and then we were asked to pull around to wait for our food. One thing about me, is I don't mind waiting as long as my order is correct and fresh. This was so not the case. I waited for my food and received the order and went home to eat with my family. I bit into the burger twice, and it was not fully cooked. This made me sick to my stomach as I don't like my food any way except done.

This use to be the best McDonald’s I been to. I only order a caramel frappe almost everyday. The more I go the the frappe is not slushy anymore and taste like a milkshake with just to stripes of caramel on top I will not be going back to this location ever

Today I went to this store where I go very often, and I had a very bad experience, I requested an order from my application to pick up at the counter. After waiting, I asked the store manager for my order and he told me that the order was not in his system. I showed him the order confirmation email and he told me that he could not do anything for me. I looked for another person and explained to him. He told me that he spoke with the manager and told him that there was nothing that could be done. The payment for that order was debited from my bank. I have proof of that. However, since I was with two children, I decided to order again inside the store, but no one helped me at the checkout. They told me to order at the self-service machines, but they weren't working to pay, so I ordered and had to pay at the checkout. They made me wait 30 minutes. After I paid, the wait continued. The youngest girl started crying for her ice cream. I asked the manager to give me the ice cream first, but he said no. From there, they made me wait 25 minutes longer. The only reason I stayed waiting and left was because I was with my child and another younger child who we invited to McDonald's.
