Started coming to this McDonald’s because the one of Ridgeway is horrible and now this one is just as bad. I waited over 30 minutes for my order. I was handed a melted iced coffee instead of being offered a replacement, “because our machine is down”. It’s like they don’t understand they should have been honest from the start and told me they didn’t know how or couldn’t make iced coffee and give me plain black coffee with some cream.

I went to this location on 08/23/2024 around 10:22 pm . The drive thru is open until 1:00 am. The customer service was awful. I waited longer than normal at the speaker to place an order. They were rude on the speaker while trying to place my order. I’m saying they because it was more than one employee talking on the speaker. I left after placing the order. If you don’t want to work , don’t show up. If you come to work leave the attitude and laziness at the door. McDonald’s you need to reevaluate your process for hiring because how can Chick fil a hire people with nice attitudes even while standing outside and you all hire people like this. Do Better!!!!!

On 6/11/24 about 1pm, I went through the drive-thru and the young lady taking my order was very patient as i didnt know exactly what i wanted ( i never order the chicken sandwiches) she seemed eager to offer her assistance, she had a friendly voice and was very professional. When I arrived to the window I asked if she was who I was speaking with and asked her name, I advised her ( Kimberly Davis) that it was very refreshing to see REAL customer service with a friendly smile and that she gave me BEST customer service I've had in a long time! I know many fast food workers don't always get the accolades and wages THEY DESERVE with sometimes encountering some rude and difficult customers making their jobs more stressful, but I definitely wanted to let everyone ( managers & owner ) know that Ms.Kimberly Davis is a great asset to your team, ( knowledgeable, and professional, her friendly smile was an added bonus) with hopes you will recognize her....I also called corporate to offer a compliment on her services..I don't visit this location often, but when in the area I will again!.. Oh yeah, my food was hot and just as i ordered. Thank you again Ms.Davis you are an absolute gem :)
I have reviewed this location multiple times in the past and just wanted to review again because the drive-thru service is always fantastic. Another reviewer talked about the lady at the drive-thru in the mornings and they are spot on. She's always excellent and makes my morning better. But in general, the service here is almost on par with Chick-fil-A. Keep up the excellent work!

Do not come here!!!!! One of there lazy workers tried to use my brother’s card later in the day to purchase clothes online after he went there for breakfast. That was the only place he had been that day so it had to have been someone from there.
