Let me tell you, this restaurant and staff go above and beyond. This is to the young lady that went out of her way to make some coffee for my mom after her surgery late in the evening March 12th, 2024! I’m sorry I didn’t get your name because I stupidly thought it would be on the receipt. I tried calling the restaurant to get your name but the number doesn’t work. So I’m telling her now that she is awesome and the kindness she showed us was amazing! Thank you so very much for your kindness. It meant a lot to us! Thank you again! There aren’t enough people out there like her and the team at this location. Highly recommend!

McDonalds. Ripped off concept serving sorrow with a side of shame....but don't even think of Super Sizing it. They aren't making enough off a $2.49 soda that costs $0.0249.$2.49 for a dried out breakfast burritos made the previous night the size of chapstick.

Workers standing around when I went in. Ask was the Drive thru down and was told they didn't have enough staff.

I'm shocked by all the bad reviews because this is probably my favorite McDonald's in the entire Memphis metro area. The drive thru is impressively fast, and while the employees don't bend over backwards to kiss your ass (I don't enjoy that flavor of modern customer service anyway), they're not rude like the employees at most other locations around here. Maybe it's different at other day parts (I'm usually only here on the weekends at breakfast/lunch), but to me it's a solid McDonald's experience.

This is the worst McDonald's... the owners the Madison group. I found a roach in my orange juice 3 weeks ago. And they have not even tried to reach out to me. Kirby and Poplar 6690 Poplar

Service sucked, the lady left the syrup and the silverware out of the bag. I ordered two pancakes with Sausages and hash browns. I got one silverware and one syrup and two butters., The lady with all the black on with the attitude. Everyone makes mistakes.
