It was quiet inside. The food was fresh. But the food temperature was medium , not hot and steaming. The ice coffee was a little sweet. The ice coffee is better than carbonated drinks with my dental issues. Overall, it was an ok experience. I paid cash. The price was affordable.

I went on Friday around 10ish almost 11ish pm and the night team were great. They got my entire order correct and I had a big order. It was fast and fresh as always at this McDonalds. I didn't feel rushed when placing my order. I just want to a big thanks to the night crew.

I regularly visit this location several times a week for breakfast and lunch and generally experience excellent service. However, my experience today was disappointing. After placing an order via the mobile app and picking it up this morning in Collierville before taking my daughter to school, I was informed by staff that the order had already been picked up. This was not possible, as I am the only individual in my household using the app. I suggested that there may have been an error and that my order was mistakenly given to another customer, providing proof of my purchase. The manager on duty, a woman with a bun and braces, responded in a manner I found to be quite accusatory and dismissive. While she ultimately agreed to provide my order, her attitude remained unfriendly, and I was unfairly accused of double dipping. Due to this incident, I do not plan to return to this location.
