I went on Friday around 10ish almost 11ish pm and the night team were great. They got my entire order correct and I had a big order. It was fast and fresh as always at this McDonalds. I didn't feel rushed when placing my order. I just want to a big thanks to the night crew.

I regularly visit this location several times a week for breakfast and lunch and generally experience excellent service. However, my experience today was disappointing. After placing an order via the mobile app and picking it up this morning in Collierville before taking my daughter to school, I was informed by staff that the order had already been picked up. This was not possible, as I am the only individual in my household using the app. I suggested that there may have been an error and that my order was mistakenly given to another customer, providing proof of my purchase. The manager on duty, a woman with a bun and braces, responded in a manner I found to be quite accusatory and dismissive. While she ultimately agreed to provide my order, her attitude remained unfriendly, and I was unfairly accused of double dipping. Due to this incident, I do not plan to return to this location.

Faster service than the other Mac Donald’s Winchester but the only time I get fresh food is when I specifically ask. They get me every time I don’t say it. Ordered 4 5 dollar meal deals. My kids had old biggest old sandwich and fries

Zero stars if I could give it. Workers were rude, missing a hashbrown and the 1 hashbrown I did get was so undercooked. Everything was just sloppy. I know it's mcdonalds but seriously show some courtesy and don't give people sloppy, under cooked and missing food. That's people's hard earned money. They don't seem to care

Everytime I come to this location they keep my baby kids meal toy, then have some stupid reason why I didn’t get one, like seriously the toy is the whole point of the kids meal, why are they employees keeping them

I had a Coworker come in and order lunch I ordered a number one large and a number 10 piece large combo everything was disgusting Call no answer just came in here and spoke to this lady who says she’s a general manager as she walks away from me ignores me told me to try again another day. She can’t talk to me because she’s busy the customer service that I But the fact I spent $25 just walk away from me and I’m supposed to just accept the food that was treated beyond me . Being that I’m a GM and I work in the food industry, somebody needs to reevaluate her because I would fire her
