This location is so mediocre. I haven't been to them in so long and I see why. My food was cold but have the audacity to pull me forward to wait but the food was cold. Cheese didn't melt whatsoever! Need a new store manager!

They have to do something about this place even the managers and supervisors are clueless of what is going on. All there orders are taking forever and they are wrong for 2 happy meals a 30 minute wait. Thr fries horrible and burnt chicken nuggets.

I walked inside this mc Donald this morning at 8:15. While waiting on a store across the street to open. I walked inside and said good morning. I was the only customer inside. No one said anything of greeting me. There were 4 people that looked up at me. They were arguing about who put the cups in wrong and the older lady in the blue shirt at the window. Saying how nobody going to talk to her crazy, how and what she don't have time for and don't feel up to doing. Where the lady in the green shirt, I assume was the manager. Telling her to move the line from the window. That she's talking about things that's not related to MC Donald. When it got loud I started to leave. No one cared that I was standing there for 10 minutes or cared at all. Then finally the lady in green came over to take my order. While coming over to do so, still arguing and fussing. I didn't even order what I really wanted. I just tried to make a quick order. My order was just toss on counter by lady in green who stated here you go! I ordered a sausage biscuit with extra butter and hash brown, small soda. Never asked if I needed any condiments not even have a nice day. I was to scared to ask for any grape jelly. Just wanted to get the hell out of there. The biscuit was Luke warm and dry. What the lady in green was telling the older lady in the blue shirt was right. She just went about wrong. But the older lady just wouldn't stop. Cause if you don't have time and don't feel up to work. Why did you come to work? Just to make everyone else miserable like you. I can't stop at a restaurant with all that. To much is happening now days. I will not ever stop at this location again.

Horrible.moved this way 4 months ago I haven’t received good service yet. It’s 11:32 no one taking orders. I come at 10pm they take 38 mins to serve me, yes I waited to see. I literally pulled out of the drive through at 10:38 I thought they were changing shifts only to see they close at 12. Please find a new staff whoever drives that black explorer runs night shift however they want.sad case .

The food was prepared poorly. The fries were old and cold. My fish sandwich was sloppy, and most of the sauce was on the container instead of the sandwich. They also gave me unsweet tea when I clearly asked for sweet tea. Terrible service.
Food never fresh they redipped and recook the same old food when ask to be cook to order n then they act like you dont know fresh food by taste just cause u refry something does not make it fresh please Mcdonalds this location need upgrade
