One of the worse locations in the country, placed mobile order and had to send the guy back twice to get missing items. All you have to do is read what I ordered. Once I get to my food everything is messed up what a suprise. McDonald’s corporate takes absolutely no responsibility and wants you to go back to the store with the rude workers and deal with them. Save your time and money.

Coffee was good and hot! But a couple of times, I visited the lids were not too secured. Just make sure before leaving the drive thru.

Dirty, dirty dirty. My cheeseburger, which was only 1/2 on the bun was made worse by the piece of cheese on the OTHER half. Fries not salted, and scattered all over the tray.

My experience at this location was very disrespectful. I went through the drive-thru and placed my order with a female. When I got to the pay window, there was a black male working the register. After he saw that I was a gay man, he barely gave me my order total and then extended the credit card machine out the window for me to tap my own card. (This hasn't been done since COVID). Anyway, I say nothing, he folds my receipt, and I pull up to the pick-up window. BUT HERE'S THE DISRESPECT! The car behind me pulled up to pay, she *handed* him her debit card, he processed the payment, and then handed her her receipt and debit card back.

I asked the lady at the pick-up window (who appeared to be some sort of manager/lead) if the guy at the pay window is homophobic. She said, "I don't know, he shouldn't be.." I explained to her what happened and her response was, "That's sad". She handed me my food and that was it.

I have since called the location the location several times and no one is answering. I went online to do a survey on their website but the receipt is illegible and barely has any ink on it.

Could be better but you gotta work on the staff and crew members attitude. Doesn't matter what time of day you go there from breakfast to lunch ...dinner or midnight they always angry and upset! Sighs I rather drive out to the other locations than go to this one & it's 2mins away from me!

Unfortunately, this is one of the worst McDonald’s in the city. Even with all the renovations, this location has been consistently bad over the years.

The wait time on orders vary so much, it’s ridiculous. It can be from 5 minutes to over 25 minutes. I waited 25 minutes for my order and watched 3 other people wait the same amount of time (even though they were properly staffed). Very disappointing
