so we ordered takeout via mcdonald’s app for breakfast, app notified that our order is ready. we came during our morning break at work, waited for over 20 mins and then rushed to work. turns out they gave us three americanos instead of three cappuccinos but charged for cappuccinos.
when we asked the restaurant they said their coffee machine is broken - well you should’ve let us know.
i texted to the support only to get their sorry.

It's very slow during lunch and dinner rushes but other than that it's alright. And if they get your food wrong they're very quick to correct it

If my card information gets stolen, I know where to send the police. While picking up an Uber delivery tonight, the employee plucked my phone from my hand, with my wallet attached, without my consent. She went into the store with my phone and made me wait outside, while my phone and wallet left my line of sight. I did not consent to have my personal property removed from my possession, and I will press charges if she stole any information.

I didn’t really care about their generally brash demeanor, but I literally only ordered one Dr Pepper thought drive through and nothing else and they gave me a different drink. I was also the only one there so it’s not like they were busy.

They messed up my order. The lady manager on duty had an attitude out of this world and ignored me and kept walking as I was sharing my concerns with her. I do not recommend going here if she is on duty.

You have kiosks but it says that I had to pay at the kiosk to continue. So I waited at the front counter and no one ever wants to help you. Why have the kiosks when it creates an atmosphere of animosity to those who don’t use the kiosks.

I have never dealt with attitudes this nasty and stank. The girl who took me order tried to act like my card didn’t go through because I told her I couldn’t hear her. Then the manager joined in and refused to give me a receipt. The manager refused to give me her name because she knew she was acting a donkey. I really hate this for our people but we have to do better. At this point SHUT IT DOWN!

So I went thru the drive thru for lunch. I ordered two double cheeseburgers and some fries. Had my own drink. The woman that collected payment was great. Had a nice smile and was super friendly. The man who gave me my order never said a word. Just handed me a bag and I said have a great day and he closed the window. Fries were great. No issues there. The patties had been sitting for a good while. They were dry and there was a scorch ring on the edges on one side of them all. They were not good. I would have been semi okay with that as in not as annoyed if the guy handing me the food was sociable. It’s the only location close to my work so I may end up going there again one day, but not for a good while.
