I have never dealt with attitudes this nasty and stank. The girl who took me order tried to act like my card didn’t go through because I told her I couldn’t hear her. Then the manager joined in and refused to give me a receipt. The manager refused to give me her name because she knew she was acting a donkey. I really hate this for our people but we have to do better. At this point SHUT IT DOWN!

So I went thru the drive thru for lunch. I ordered two double cheeseburgers and some fries. Had my own drink. The woman that collected payment was great. Had a nice smile and was super friendly. The man who gave me my order never said a word. Just handed me a bag and I said have a great day and he closed the window. Fries were great. No issues there. The patties had been sitting for a good while. They were dry and there was a scorch ring on the edges on one side of them all. They were not good. I would have been semi okay with that as in not as annoyed if the guy handing me the food was sociable. It’s the only location close to my work so I may end up going there again one day, but not for a good while.

I should’ve known better. Knowing it’s Memphis, and the predominant demographic that inhabits and works here. Just sad, no greeting, terrible service. Didn’t call out your order when it’s ready, just letting your food sit there and get cold. Coffee was made wrong as well. Just pitiful.

Garbage!!.. Need to be closed!!! Some employees give McDonald a Worst name than they already have!!!.. how do you mess up an order you took and the cooks can hear the Oder upon ordering… then had me to wait on another fish sandwich for it to be completely wrong!!!

Unfortunately, I lost my receipt from my last visit and was unable to complete the survey I told the associate, Chris, that I would do. I have ordered via the app several times in the last month for me and coworkers and we’ve done so at all hours of our overnight shifts. We were shocked to find that not only were our fairly large orders ready quickly, but the food was hot and the orders were correct. The associates in every instance have been courteous and professional. Especially Chris (sorry again about the survey!)

I go to drive thru. I try to order my meal, and the young lady cuts me off and tells me to pull around. I get to the window and she tells me a price I know to be too low. I ask her to repeat my order, she gets really annoyed and tells me the part she heard. I told her that was not all I ordered. She tells me that’s all she heard with even more attitude. I just left. I tried to call the store to talk to the manager, but of course no one answers the phone. I definitely will not be back, not that they care.
