Ordered the $5 meal deal, root beer as my drink. And a cup of water. Received my ticket. .10 cents up charge for drink and .39 cents for water. Now the .49 cents is no big issue but let me know. I tell girl at the.pick up window that I don’t want these items. Then they give me cold fries. I ask for hot fries she tells me those were fresh fries. So I can’t get hot once? Manager comes and says those were fresh fries but pull up. They make me wait for 15 minutes!!!! Spiteful!!!!

Can't keep the hot mocha coffee machine working! The lobby was supposed to be open for customers at 5am and the doors were still locked at 15 till 7am..... don't advertise strawberry pies and you don't have any! Take down the sings please......

Today is my 2 time going everytime it’s 15 min wait at speaker u gone wait on yo food 30 mins just to get it cold smh oh fries be hot everything else isn’t and the manager just don’t care why take job if you wasn’t gone do how you was train I’m so mad at work they took my whole hours break for 2nd time so o had get money back once again
If you're looking for a sugar coma and some diabetes, check out their iced coffee. It taste like cake icing. They even left out the coffee. This is the same location that in the past tried to pass off hot tea as coffee, masked under the cream and sugar.
This McDonald's is garbage. Has been for a long time. Seems like they can hardly ever get simple menu items or oders done right, so I'm done with them, not that they care.

Went for breakfast, and took my order came around to pay and ask me to pulled up to the thank you sign. I sat there for 10 minutes no one came out. I got out the car the door was lock so I went back to the window no one ever came so took my money and didn't get my food. I have contacted corporate several no answer no call back so if I could the review i would have gave them a zero for review
