Two visits in a row they have gotten my drive-through order wrong, by 1) upsizing my orders with options I did NOT order and 2) making grill items incorrectly. Today I had to wait in the drive-through pick up line for several minutes and the food was still cold and dried out, and the fries had NO salt on them.
I just went through the drive through and I got home and I went to take my food out and I didn't have what I ordered... I ended up some how with 2 drinks and one 20 piece nuggets and I asked for 20 pieces nuggets with fries and a drink. I got the drinks and of course the nuggets but no fries... when I got to the window to pay the lady was talking to another employee instead of listening to the customer that is in the drive through.
