The people who work here are rude and the reason why I will not be going back ever. Ordered from the app to have it delivered, upon getting the food out I noticed some items were missing. I called to find out what I needed to do. Without even getting my name I was told all my food was placed in the bags and the delivery must have taken it. With no signs of the bags being tampered with, I asked what could be done about the missing food. This is when the attitude she was having got worse and she had gotten very defensive and called me a liar.

Typical mcdonald's, wait forever, pay to much and still get the wrong food.
Drive through is a joke. They ignore you. On one visit I spent 20 minutes just trying to get someone to acknowledge I was even in the drive through. And still couldn't get my order right. And my most recent visit again was ignored in the drive through. Have already talked with the franchisee that runs this location and was being mailed out a coupon for a complimentary meal. Just left another message for them for my recent visit.
