Prices have raised a lot, food quality hasn't improved though. This location (summer Ave near sycamore view) usually has several homeless hanging out around drive & parking lot. Order is right, food is warm, staff is friendly.

Never open when they suppose to ! Trash and needs to be shut down .. it says open until midnight but no one ever comes to drive thru speaker after 9 pm it’s sad and the workers are lazy !

Please close this location bc what’s the point of being open and you not taking orders but every 10 minutes. Makes absolutely no sense. And everyone is just standing around. Plenty workers but no one is doing anything and you come on the speaker talking fast and can’t repeat what you said. Wish I could leave no stars. Just ghetto

I came to this location in a bind. Needed food for a lot of high school kids. The lobby was closed, and the drive-thru was not busy. I ordered a ton of food and they were able to fulfill my order.

1 star because I paid for my order guy forgot he had my card, gave me my drink tasted it and it’s water down. Told him give me a sprite . Gave me the wrong order waited almost a hour here. I’ll update later.
First and last time coming here. I don’t recommend any of you all. Run from this location. They so unprofessional paid for large fry and got medium cold soggy fries. Cheese burger I paid for and got a tiny thin patty meat . This location is very bad run .

the food was okay, but I’ve had better from other locations. But the Service was good compared to other locations in Memphis. Everyone spoke politely and wished me a good day. The outdoor seating is a really nice addition too. I don’t see much stuff like that at other locations even outside of Memphis like Germantown, Collierville, etc

Wednesday night 8:44 everyone was wondering why drive thru was so slow. Then once we got to the window we learned the young lady was Mentally off. Hope she gets help
