A morning manager that gets her job! This was my second time visiting this location and as usual it was the ideal visit for any customer. Throughout this city there are some locations that just dont hold up to the bar either because the employees just dont care or the management doesn't care or the mixture of both. Honors to the morning manager at this location!!!

This one girl who was working at thr drive through at 7:00pm Tuesday December 23 thought she was slick and decided to flip my car off after paying for our food. This was disrespectful on so many counts, one its not out fault youre working, two you waited until we were turned around, and three my child in the back had to see you do that. Horrible service. Like girl its 2 days till Christmas, and we only ordered 2 fries like dpmo.

I stopped by the McDonald’s on Covington Pike in Memphis. The food was hot, fresh, and consistently good, and the store, including the restroom was clean and well-kept. But the service fell short. The staff wasn’t welcoming, parts of our order were missing, and they even forgot the water that came with the meal. I had to ask again for my coffee and creamer because they weren’t included in the bag. Strong product, weak execution.

Good breakfast the lunch is great if they’re not flooded with customers. Staff is moving faster than their bodies can handle yall gotta give these teens and adults time to get the order right first.

Well my experience was pretty bad considering I didn't even get to eat. No one was in line I pulled up to the speaker sat there for 5 minutes and then I took off in case they didn't know that I was there waited a few more minutes did it again still nothing. So after about 10 minutes I pulled up to the window and no one came up I guess they were in the back taking a nap or something else more important than doing their job. I thought maybe the hours on here were wrong and it's not 24 hours, but the lights were on the menu was lit up and there was two cars in the parking lot as well so there's definitely people there even if for some reason they weren't open.

If your food is fresh its great. But there's no point in waiting for fresh food if you're the only person in line and you wait to order for almost 30 minutes at the speaker to drive around to get their attention just to wait 5 more minutes. Then you are waiting 15 minutes on a medium fry and a large coke.
The lady giving you your items on Coving Pike was rude. I don't know what to attribute her demeanor to. SMH

Placed an order on DoorDash my fries were barely cooked… I had to put them in the air fryer, then my nuggets were hard. I ordered a sprite lymonade slush and got a blue raspberry slush, and it wasn’t even filled all the way everything was just terrible don’t buy nothing from them.

Do not come to this location during the day shift!!! Go to the Bartlett location instead!!! I had my wheelchair bound, with CP son with me, and couldn't leave him outside in the heat or with the car running. They only had 4 cars in the drive thru, and they told me to order inside the restaurant. I didn't have any issues at the Bartlett location.
