Shaquita (sp?) at the window helped me this morning and was so great! I realized I left my wallet home and she quickly talked me through placing my order as mobile with linked debit through the app. She multitasked by getting other orders together while doing it and managed to not make me feel stupid either lol. Just wanted to shine some light on her today for being so helpful instead of just waving me off which most probably would have done. Thanks Shaquita!

I wish there were NEGATIVE stars to award the Covington Rd location. We visited the drive -thru and experienced the following: the air reeked of canabis, waited at the speaker with no acknowledgement, drove to the window to be greeted by a high unconcerned worker who wouldn’t take our order however the sign said if you need assistance, order at the window…. Chic-Fil-A is a few blocks over; I recommend Cihic-Fil-A for excellent service and professionalism. - Signed a Traveler with several fast food options around Sams on Covington in Memphis

I pulled in to get my mobile order at 10:06. I didn't get my order taken at the speaker, had to pull to the window and still didn't get my food until 10:45. Meanwhile the girl taking the orders at drive through wasn't taking orders and was playing around in the store instead of getting my order. I was in the drive through a total of 45 min waiting on my order. This always happens on night shift and it hasn't seemed to improve.
