This is the worst McDonald's I know of around here! Suuuuuuuper rude employees, the order was wrong of course, but when I told them it was, the rude lady said WE must have ordered wrong! What?! I will NEVER go here again, and I advise anyone to do the same! Worst experience I've ever had at a fast food establishment!!!

Love Only
Last week went to Whataburger and the food was so bad that it reminded me of McDonald's small cheeseburger.
So, I decided to get some McDonalds. Its been many years. Will always have LOVE considering this was my first job.
Order Big Mac Meal and a side 10 pc nuggets.
The food was fresh. The young men at the windows were very intentionally working. My order was exact.
After eating my food, it will likely be many years before I'm back.
I realize why McDonalds works. McDonalds is McDonalds and has been for many years.
Now one goes to McDonalds expecting an elevated experience. You go for the convenience of I'm hungry right at this moment.
Thanks for the fresh food and kind gentlemen at the window.

The service was fast and friendly. The food came out hot and fresh in only a couple minutes. The store was clean inside and out. I had just come from another location where I stood st the counter for over 10 minutes never to have my order taken. I was in a bad mood to begin with, but your location restored my faith in McDonald's. My only suggestion would be to put a couple trash cans on your lot so people who eat in their cars have a place to throw away their trash.

Leaving lot now. food and service was awful! Sweet tea was sugar water. Tried to tell the young lady at the window that. She gonna tell me it was not. Fries were undercooked and cold no salt. Asked for fresh food and got old food!

This particular McDonald's location Shelby Drive and Riverdale Rd. by far is one the best franchises I've ever had the pleasure of receiving service from. Food is ALWAYS fresh, prompt and served with a smile. I live nearby, but even when I'm out of the way; and if I get a craving for McDonald's as long as I'm in the city I try my best to hold out to get it from this location. Customer service is on point! They exceed in all service categories. Much appreciated! I'm sure the late Ray Croc would be proud!

I love the breakfast sandwiches. The deals on the app and being able to use the free points to get an item is nice. I also love the frappe'
I order on the app got there did not want my food because the manager nails was so nasty he has dreads maybe red or orange hair this is not acceptable for not a lone a manger to look unprofessional in the business of Food, his nails were long and black dirt under them. I was terrified. I end up getting a refund before I got my food. Please do something about this.

I order in the app from McDonalds a classic cheeseburger meal with two 4-piece chicken nugget's kid's meals. I receive the big classic meals but not the happy meals. They just send the kids box's with no food.

The Mac fish sandwich is so small you need at least two per person. And the tartar sauce is slapped on the sandwich in clumps...very messy. Plus the cost is to high. Won't never visit again...will make my own fish sandwich using fresh cod.
