I accidentally overpaid by $20 in cash, the lady, or what I think was a lady, refused to give me my change after I pointed out that I had overpaid. She said it was a “tip” and would not return any of the change. The line was very slow to begin with and workers had a lack of dignity and respect. Horrible place, do not spend your money here. If I could do less stars I would.

I never got the chance to order anything. They were understaffed. The drive line was extremely busy and the lobby there was no one interested in taking any food orders, according to the few people ahead of me said that they had been standing there waiting for at least 15 minutes to place an order and no one had taken their order. This is not a good look McDonald's you guys have to do better 😭😭

I waited at least five minutes before my order was taken. I was also skipped in line before I was able to order. Please train employees to treat customers with respect. It should be firat come, first serve. There was no reason why I should have been ignored while someone else was able to be served before me without waiting at all. I had a mobile order and had to wait 15 minutes behind someone who had just arrived. Not to mention, I was never greeted. The young lady never said a word to me throughout the whole transaction.

The cashier, a young woman, was anything but personable. The treatment towards my small son and I versus other patrons was visible. She seemed agitated we even existed.
However, the manager was a very nice man and made sure after several orders after us had come and gone that our order was next.
The location itself smelled of weed and the bathroom was not very clean.

Been in the drive through for over 20 min now ain’t even got to the speaker yet. not like it’s packed maybe 5-6 cars. Placed my order through the app, saw the line was long so i switched it to pick up inside at the counter. turns out door is locked so i gotta go back in the drive through. woman in the store barely saw me and gave me a smirk. just got off work and i want my food, is that too much to ask?

Tried to stop at this location plenty of time getting off work. At 3am and the same guy will have some excuse not to take an order. Saying there systems are down or Saying they only taking door dash or Uber eats orders only. This location needs a better reliable service here.

Service was absolutely horrible. These people moved with no urgency. Black guy with blond dreads, black hea set female with long blonde braids the older woman who i think was the manager was kind. Get this place some help because it shouldn't take this long with 2 items. Store #3041 get these people some help
