If you're going to claim to be 24 hours, you should be able to serve at any time. This is one of the only places open when I get off work at 3am, and every time I've attempted to come here, the same deep male voice tells me through the speaker that they aren't taking orders right now. I've given up and won't bother trying to go to McDonald's. Sometimes after a hard day at work, all you want is some fries, but I suppose you can't always get what you want, even if you show up to a supposedly 24/7 restaurant with cash.

I had to delete my first review doesn't seem like reviews matter at this particular McDonald's however I had to leave 1 star for my most recent visit which was precisely at 12:28 am I drive down union of course stop thinking and even expecting to be waiting in line for a timely manner of course it's okay with me it is expected especially at this particular time I have absolutely no problem non whatsoever. But what I can't do is wonder why I can't even turn to actually even get in the drive thru line another car was parked blocking other people from being able to even turn from Union to get in line I don't think they was even in line like SERIOUSLY THOUGH SO I TURN RIGHT DOWN THE SIDE STREET PULL INTO MCDONALD'S PARKING LOT NO EMPLOYEES VISIBLE MATTER OF FACT THEY ONLY HAD ONE AND HE DOESN'T SEEM TO HAVE IT ALL HE WAS HIDING AND LITERALLY RUNNING TRYING TO DODGE ANYONE FROM SEEING HE WAS IN THE STORE I SAW HIM HE KNOWS I SEEN HIM I ASKED HIM ARE THEY OPEN HE SAYS NO I COULDN'T HEAR HIM HE NEVER CAME TO THE WINDOW TO MAKE SURE I COULD HEAR HIM SO I ASKED HIM TWICE SECOND TIME HE COMES OUT THE SIDE DOOR AND SAYS WE ARE CLOSED NO EXPLANATION AS TO WHY ITS CLOSED OR ANYTHING ANYWAYS I ENDED up at McDonald's on the bad end of Union not a good location quality of food is bad I HOPE TO HAVE A BETTER EXPERIENCE AT MCDONALD'S IN THE NEAR FUTURE

The worst. They tell you to hold on and then after waiting for 5 minutes they come back and say “door dash or mobile orders only”. Incompetent staff, rude and to be honest this is the third time I’ve given this place a shot and it’s the same every time so shame on me.

I'm sure you hear this alot because I've heard other people complain but now it's just stupid, common sense..CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOOD QUALITY IS WHAT MCDONALDS STRIVES to achieve, you didn't even know who you were serving and that is why I say you treat everyone the same and if they're asking for fresh food then of course that's what your going to get!. No, not here.. MS REED. do I have your attention?? Your managers are rude to say the least and your employess are so rude like why?? GROSS. RE DROPPING hashbrowns and nuggets is for one not allowed in McDonald's practices because I use to work for McDonald's, even still anyone knows redropping anythjng into the oil is not proper food protocol. Been in the industry for 20 plus years and one thing I'm not going to do is treat customers rudely and give them shitty food when theyre a paying customer And give them a 17 piece nuggets (minus 3 because me my husband and son tried one each after noticing they tasted wierd) . In the same oil filled box you gave me in the first place. Like yall sold me a old 20 piece and when my husband said something you just redropped them. The temp was scorching bc how how hot the oil was.. and now that my 7 year old son ate a oil filled nugget, didn't even want to eat anything else. Yall ruined his experience over your negligence to supply fresh food. Yall waste salaries on people like this that run these establishments instead of people that actually care about customer service and keep them coming back. You won't see us again and that might be fine for you, bc it's just a job and a paycheck for yall. MS REED I have your attention ?? You hire the rudest people and unprofessional to say the least, fresh food is the easiest part but I see how you run your stores. N3ver again and i run a different establishment in customer service and I'm going tor make sure they all know not to go to any of these stores run by your staff. No thank you.

HORRIBLE. Only 2 people working one girl wasnt even doing anything just sitting out back and left the guy to do everything, took 40 minutes to get our food gave our food to someone else and they just walked off with it. Got told to pull up when they have no parking and only a one lane line, never coming back.

Bathrooms out of soap and napkins. Some employees don't wear a gloves and they touch the fries by theirhands. Store not clean at all. I would give zero star if I could. I don't think management is caring also.
